Horrible customer service. The management clearly doesn’t care about the concerns of their players. The starter is an old man who has nothing better to do with his life but torment players into following stupid rules that don’t exist on any other golf course. If you want to play a nice round of golf, your money is better spent elsewhere. Conditions of the course are very mid as well.

I’ve been playing this course for several years and the service BY FAR is the standard on how to not treat your customers. Checked radar 1 hour before tee time and we thought we were in the clear and booked online through Killians website… I totally understand there is a cancellation policy but that’s not the point of this post. The fun starts when we arrive 30 mins after purchasing our tee time. Rain was on the horizon and we asked the pro shop to cancel our booking given that there was a massive storm outside. We were greeted with the “sorry no refunds.” The girl at the pro shop said we ca…

I’ve played a lot of golf , but I’ve never dealt with someone as rude and unprofessional as the ranger, Ron Simpson. From the moment our round started, he had an attitude—talking down to players, rushing our group without reason, and generally killing the whole vibe of the day. A ranger is supposed to help keep things moving and make the experience better, not make golfers feel unwelcome. The course itself is decent, but the customer service was bad enough that I won’t be coming back. If management cares about their reputation, they seriously need to address Ron’s behavior.

Went to play here the other day and they are charging $73 for a tee time. This is what you get for the tee times. Tee boxes are regular back yard grass and concrete. Carts have no screens and run slow. I’m sorry but if you’re renovating there’s no reason you should be charging those types of prices. I would stay clear of this place for the time being because it’s a complete rip off and not worth the money. Update (Nov-2023): Went to play here the other day as a last minute round. First of all they upgraded the greens and tee boxes. Finally! You're not hitting off of concrete and back yard gra…

I’ve been playing this course for years, over the last couple of years they’ve really improved it and are continuously working to make it better. Prices are reasonable. The course is challenging and fun to play. Staff is very friendly. Beverage cart service needs improvement and I wish they offered a membership but overall it’s always a nice round of golf.

If you’re a new or casual golfer, I highly recommend avoiding this course. The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful from the moment I arrived. Instead of offering help or guidance, they made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Especially the guy in the cart that checks you in. The most disrespectful and unwelcoming, and this was with the course being empty.

Terrible, unfriendly service and tries to upcharge customers additional fees. Scammy behavior, not recommended. We were 12 players and paid the greenfees for 12 people up front before teeoff. One of our players came 10 min late after the group and had to rent clubs. Proshop refused to rent him the clubs and let him on the course without paying for additional greenfees, which we already had paid for. They also refuse to refund the individuals greenfee that was not let onto the course, even after presenting the receipts.

5 Star - Cart Girl. Annabelle. 4-visits in 18-holes. Unheard of attention. Hustling and made it look real good. 😍 The course, greens rolled smooth and in good condition.

For perspective, I checked my 18 Birdies app and confirmed that I played over 30 rounds at this course in 2025 and have already played another four so far in 2026. I have played at this course for many years and knew it when it was still called Crooked Creek (way back in the day). My point is that I speak from experience and with some context historically. The course is not in great shape, though efforts have been made to improve the greens and tee boxes more recently, they are middling at best. The fairways are rough and the bunkers are like concrete. Staff - rangers and clubhouse alike - a…

Update 3 (3 Stars - 2024): Yes I came back even though I said I wouldn’t, but I’m glad I did. Course is in better shape overall. Still have a few rough tee boxes but improved from before. Greens were nice and rolling smooth! Pricing has come down a bit but still a touch high. A little slow getting off the first tee, but you can tell the rangers have been working on pace of play. Update 2 (2 Stars - 2023): Even the newly renovated tee boxes are quickly reverting to dirt. Fairways are pretty rough now on many holes. Pace of play is HORRIBLE. If you’re hoping to play 18 holes, make sure you’ve p…

Great course, good price. Wish the tee boxes were more well kept and there's no starter so it gets slow. Definitely coming back though.

I have been playing golf since 2021 I consider myself a average golfer play with family and friends However today made the mistake of Inviting two of my best customers and friends . Ranger Ron Simpson disrespect my self and my customers my harassing us constantly to push forward even when we thought it was not safe to tee off when players are on the fairway The way he speaks to customers is not professional at all it’s not the message it’s the way you deliver the message. I am going to choose another club more friendly and professional
