In summary

Island Pines Golf Club is praised for its friendly and accommodating staff, challenging layout, and well-maintained greens, offering a welcoming atmosphere and good value for a casual round of golf. The course is noted for its narrow fairways and water features, which provide a fun challenge for golfers. However, some visitors have reported issues with communication regarding events and additional fees, as well as concerns about the treatment of players, which have affected their experience.

Improvements on the course are considerably noticeable this year! The greens and fairways are in great shape for no rain this time of year. Staff is amazing and very accommodating. Had a great round will be back again soon

I absolutely love this golf course! It’s extremely friendly and you may feel like you’re at Cheers “ where everybody knows your name” The course has a great layout. And the greens are running fast right now

Typically we have a good experience at this golf course. However, today we had a 10:54 tee time but when we called to make the reservation no one mentioned anything about a scramble going on. Then I was riding on the cart with my husband and usually I play too. But I just gave birth not even a month ago so I have not been cleared to play as of yet (I had a C-section) so as you can imagine twisting and turning probably won’t feel the best. Then as the guys were about to tee off the cart guy comes out saying we have to pay $15 for me to RIDE ALONG. WHAT?! I have not heard of that in my entire li…

Nice layout. Greens are in very nice shape. Fairways are adequate but very playable. Course is pretty open. Plenty of room for errant tee shots. Would recommend. And the cost is even better

Island Pines Golf Club Review Island Pines Golf Club is a super fun little course! The staff is friendly, the drink specials are solid, and the course itself is surprisingly challenging. It’s really narrow, so it forces you to focus on precision and ball placement great for sharpening your game. I had a great time out there, and honestly, you can’t beat the price. Between the value, the people, and the layout, this is just a terrific little track here in Fort Pierce. Highly recommend for a casual round or a local go-to spot.

I live in Florida and play golf regularly. Unfortunately, I experienced blatant racism at this course, primarily from Jo Jo, the course superintendent. My group was removed from the course after we accidentally picked up the wrong golf ball. We immediately apologized, but despite this, we were treated harshly and unfairly. A white woman involved in the situation looked at us with clear hostility, and we were made to feel dehumanized and targeted. We attempted to explain what happened, but Jo Jo sided with the other party without hearing us out or offering any explanation. When I asked if we we…

Played Island Pines purchased Tee time on Golf now they messed it up but Manager named Jo Jo fixed everything and made it all work went the extra mile I play this course fairly often this was best condition I have ever experience here was very pleasant especially considering How dry this season has been greens were firm and fast and rolled nicely also doing some nice upgrade that once we get our consistant weather I think this course will shine even more Jojo cant thank you enough made a potentially bad day very pleasant cant wait to comback

I don’t normally write reviews but this needs to be known. I live in Florida and play golf weekly all over the state. There was an incident that was addressed with another foursome and we continued to play. On Hole #3 the Starter came on the course and advised the Superintendent Jo Jo refunded our money and wanted us to leave the course. We asked why and he said something happened with another group of golfers. We immediately left the course and went to the Club House, where Jo Jo was waiting. We asked why were we requested to leave?. She responded because of the incident with the other fourso…

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I feel the course is in good shape and with all this rain it's in great condition now. Some greens are fast with a few being slow.

Unfortunately got rained out today after 5 holes. After chatting with the friendly manager, and bartender, I'm excited to come back soon.
