In summary

Highland View Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained grounds, beautiful mountain views, and friendly staff, with many appreciating the reasonable pricing and availability of amenities such as carts and a restaurant. The course offers both a regular and a par 3 layout, which appeals to both beginners and experienced golfers. However, some visitors have noted issues with staff attentiveness and enforcement of course rules, as well as occasional crowding and slow pace of play.

Great friendly staff, the course is taken care of very well. It doesnt feel to crowded and your able to go at your own pace. They offer carts and snacks. Their is a restroom, atm, and restaurant inside. The geese problem has gotten alot better. A great view of the highlands. The hours of operation never changes which is great. The simulators offer some joy during the winter months. The guy that runs the course is always around to answer any questions anyone might have. They do take short noticed reservations when and if available to.

Course is nice is really fun, but the older gentleman didn't pick his eyes up from his paper or answer any of my questions. I wanted to gather information about membership and men's league but I left more confused because it wasn't very welcoming. Blessing in disguise. Fun to play but probably full on memberships. If you're new to Butte like me, there are more friendly and welcoming places nearby.

Don't waste your money this place is a joke.... it is 9 holes not 18 and the staff was very rude. Apparently if you play slow and new to the game don't come here also got lunch after the back 9 and we were told to turn in are carts or start playing also spen 200$ for the cart and lunch. I repeat don't waste you money or your time jokers.......

Mark and staff are great people. Have always treated me good. It’s a good course that is constantly growing. My grandson and I took up the sport a year ago and at that time we could barely hold the club correctly, but now we’re doing a lot better and having the time of our lives every time we go out.

Had a blast, grabbed a cart and did the par 3 twice first thing in the morning.Beautiful course. Staff was very friendly and gave me a few interesting facts about the town. Will definitely hit again if passing through in the future!

It was very busy at the back 9 restaurant and only 1 server. We were greeted right away and didn't have a long wait. Tanya is an excellent server and the food is wonderful

I only had time to play the par 3 course, however I did two rounds around the course. In was in ok shape. However, I did notice that they don't enforce the rules very well. There was a group of three teenagers playing in front of me and they only had one golf bag amougst the 3 of them. I also noticed a lot of repair divots on the greens and I happened to run in to some of the greenskeepers and they said that about 30 divots were found in the morning. They suspected it was probably kids that caused the divots from yesterday's play.

It was a beautiful fall day! Only issue was a couple of dudes who jumped in mid course...odd but whatever. My hubby had to slow his role so he didn't play into them. Otherwise...fun time!

A great community golf course, with very reasonable green fees and cart rental! You don't feel like you made a car payment for a round. It's perfect for the average golfer. I also love there are restrooms on both ends!

I don't golf. The new restaurant is spacious with wide open windows. A fabulous view of the Highlands and Timber Bute. The food was delicious.

Guy at the front was awesome. Getting a drink at the bar after was a struggle. Even difficult to find someone to close out tab.
