Bill & I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Heritage Spy Ring Community. We have been here for 3 years after selling two homes and settling here. We love everything about it ! The grounds, the community areas , the pool , the clubhouse, the golf course & the people. We have had many special memories here. The staff is always available & pleasant if we should have a concern with our residence. Melinda & her team go above and beyond to make sure we are happy. We truly love it here. ❤️🫶💫

Once again, the Heritage Spy Ring staff goes above and beyond. First of all, the holiday party was an absolutely awesome event where we had great food and even better company! Secondly, we recently worked with Alexa during the holiday break as we renewed our lease since we love it here so much. Alexa was super informative and helpful during the entire process. We have lived here for 2.5 years and the accommodations and facilities are outstanding and the neighbors friendly and welcoming. So why a 1 star rating? Unfortunately, we have found the staff to be particularly unresponsive and dismissive. I have read other reviews here that have provided glowing reviews of staff and perhaps those too are accurate. My husband and I rented at Spy Ring after selling our house and needing a temporary place to land. From the moment I met Melinda in the leasing office, I felt right at home. She is so friendly and bubbly, and took her time showing me around and answering all my questions. I’ve lived at the Heritage Spy Ring for 6 months. I visited three times last year before making my final decision. I worked with Melinda, who patiently toured me through the development multiple times. She was so pleasant and accommodating. She stayed in touch with me until the perfect apartment became available. Once it did, she made the application and move-in process easy and stress free. The maintenance crew and staff have been wonderful too. We are very happy here.

Just renewed our lease at the Heritage Spy Ring and couldn’t be happier!! The apartments are beautiful with awesome views of the golf course and the entire complex is extremely well maintained! Any problems that should arise are handled immediately by the very competent maintenance staff. The icing on the cake is the Sales Supervisor, Melinda. From addressing any issues during the year to the renewal process she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Her professionalism, clear communication and genuinely friendly attitude really stood out!!
