The on-site Safari Bar and restaurant receive high marks for their atmosphere, decor, and quality of food, contributing to a positive overall experience. Excellent course. Well maintained, greens are well kept. Its not extremely challenging but it is worth visiting. The bar and restaurant is very... interesting. But overall the course was solid to get a sense of how skilled you are as a golfer. And beer prices are very reasonable unlike 80% of courses.

Great 9 hole course in excellent shape. Number 2, short par 3 across a gulley is always fun, over hit it and the come backer is fraught with peril. Number 3 is a dog leg left, back over the gulley to a sloping green. Number 4, a par 4 back over the creek again, this time with a large tree exactly where you'll want to drive the ball. Number 5, a short par 4, downhill, site of one of the only two eagles in my illustrious career. The rest is challenging and fun, and best of all, there's a bar and restaurant to have a frosty when you finish. Love this place, much better than the average 9 hole lay…

Went for 9 holes with 5 friends. The place was dead but we said we'd let other golfers pass us if anyone caught up since we were a large group. 2 hours in, we're wrapping up the 8th hole and the owner comes out and starts yelling that we're taking too long and have to be in before dark. He and says there's people behind us and claims this is ridiculous before driving off. The nearest people were 5 holes behind us 2 hours for 6 people isn't an insane amount of time. It was about 3 hours until sunset as well. I've never been treated like that at a golf course and definitely won't be going bac…

This 9 hole country golf course lies between Meadville and Saegertown. It is a beautiful challenging course with nice rolling hills. There are many holes that cross the tiny creek and go from hill to hill. Don’t drive short on hole 2 or you will have to pop it straight up on your next shot! I wish some areas drained a little better after heavy rains and the greens were smoother but overall a fun course to play. After a round of golf, you can stop into the (on site) Safari Bar for food or drinks and check out the amazing taxidermy animals.

It was my first time there and for has much rain that had received the week prior, the fairways were very well maintained. The greens were a little lacking. But overall, I had wonderful time and was very affordable.

The Hailewood Golf Course is located just up country from the great city of Meadville Pennsylvania conveniently along Park Avenue in a quiet out-of-the-way location with a peaceful atmosphere and the most meticulously groomed green and putting areas that looked as though they were razor clipped. The manicured nature of the course gave me zero bad hops and made me look like a much better golfer than what I am. The people that I met at the course were friendly and polite yet not overbearing with bothersome chatter and also very respectful ; and patient of other people's game whether it be fast o…

This is one awesome place. Everything there looks like something out of a story book. The golf course, Resturant, the brick home and all equipment have been impeccably maintained. This is a real showplace.

25.00 for nine holes seems a little steep. At least they could cut the fairways for that price
