In summary

Grande Vista Golf Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained executive nine-hole course, excellent practice facilities, and friendly, professional staff. The course layout, with a focus on short-game precision, is appreciated by many, though some visitors mention a slower pace of play during peak times. While the course conditions are generally lauded, there are occasional comments about soft or spongy greens and limited on-course amenities like bathroom facilities.

came across this executive nine-hole course somewhat by accident. To be completely honest, I didn’t realize it was a nine-hole layout when I booked what I thought was an 18-hole round. That said, I was extremely impressed, especially for a resort-style course. The greens are in exceptional shape and roll true, and the fairways are consistently well maintained. The staff is top tier across the board—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. What really stood out was the practice facility, which is second to none in the Orlando area. Because the course emphasizes precision and short-gam…

Great course, very well maintained. Excellent service from the moment you step in to the golf shop until you get the golf carts and meet the starters.

Excellent golf facility next to Seaworld. Practice facility is in great condition. However, the course pace of play in the winter time can be slow. Expect pace of play to be around 2.5-3 hrs for 9 holes during peak snowbird season.

Super challenging executive style golf course. The course was very well maintained. All the tee boxes and greens were well manicured and watered. The greens were tough. Super fast and tough reads all around. Lots of water and one hole was a short par 3 surrounded. So much fun.

It’s a short course. One long par 4, four short par 4’s and four par 3’s. It’s a fun resort course. Play was a little slow. The golf cart with towels was nice. The practice facilities were nice (no mats). I liked that they posted the yardage at the tee box as pictured. Tee to green everything was fine. If l had one issue about the course it would be the (at best) medium paced greens. And they were a little soft, almost spongy. Off course, l got done around 4:30, and the pub didn’t open until 5… All in all l would return if l needed to get a quick nine in.

One of our favorite Marriott properties! We have been coming here since the last century! Great staff always makes you feel like you are coming home! There was some concern that they have installed but not activated EV stations due to budget considerations. A major makeover is going on inside and out right now and I can agree that maintenance should come before enhancements.

I had my first golf lesson here six years ago and this week attended a 3-day golf school. My overall experiences with the golf academy has always been positive. They have an excellent outdoor practice facility using the latest Trackman technology. Their indoor facility includes full swing analysis videos that are posted to the students personal golf academy account. The executive 9-hole course had brown greens this week, but that was due to improvements being made. Lastly, the lessons I had by Don Moyer, PGA Pro, were outstanding! I highly recommend the Grande Vista Golf Academy for all levels…

Absolutely beautiful place. A state-of-the-art practice facility, (you are hitting off the better grass than 99% of the courses you will ever play) perfectly maintained short-game area and now the range is equipped with the trackman. Basically every golfer's paradise. The course itself is a rather short course that you can work on various shots all through 9 holes. The greens are a bit soft, but perfectly maintained. It's a great place to start your golf vacation.

Stay somewhere else for better comfort. Thin walls, LOUD PLUMBING SOUNDS and funky smelling room. Cleaning staff yelling talking at 7am. Couldn't wait to leave after two days. Ohh check out is at 10. Smh

A lot of course for a Par 9. The set up is really nice from the back tips, make sure to check score card before you play as you'll use different clubs than your use too. I used my driver once and actually enjoyed not taking her out as it kept me in play! Over all the pro shop was great and Jimmy the starter from Scotland, major plus having him. He is just really full of life and character! Such a beautiful course, thanks Grande Vista!

Fun course. Basically a par 3 with a couple longer holes that are par 4. Good condition and an awesome staff. Carts were in good condition and greens were spongy. Fun time.

It was good practice for beginner but not having a bathroom break in between 9 holes was very upsetting for me and made it hard to finish my game
