In summary

The Golf Club at Redlands Mesa is frequently praised for its stunning scenery, well-maintained course, and challenging yet enjoyable layout, with many golfers highlighting the excellent condition of the greens and the friendly, accommodating staff. The club's amenities, including GPS-equipped carts and the Ocotillo Bar and Grill, are also well-received. However, some visitors have noted issues with pin placements being overly challenging, inconsistent bunker conditions, and occasional overpricing, which can affect the overall experience for some players.

The views were great but if you are just visiting the area it is tricked out to where it is almost impossible to play. Pin placements were impossible to get to and the superintendent needs to understand it needs to be laid out it where more than scratch golfers will enjoy the course. Example, find the flag in this picture from the tee box on a par 3.

Beautiful course surrounded by custom homes. Course was overwatered in a few areas, a few tricked up holes. Nobody fixed their ball marks on the undulating greens. To me it's annoying to not put prices on clothing, etc. My hobbies would say if you have to ask you can't afford it!

While the Western Slope has some amazing golf courses, this has become a solid go to for us. It’s always in tip top condition, it’s challenging yet playable for many levels of golfers, the views are stunning, and Ocotillo Bar and Grill offers amazing food whether you’re on the turn, or just finishing up your round. My only complaint is that their carts don’t have misters for that summer time heat haha!

Had a great morning playing this course with my son. The course was very well maintained and the views are simply amazing. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. My son left his hat while shopping in the pro shop and we didn't realize until we were already in another state. I called the shop and they had found it and offered to mail it to our home free of charge. I haven't experienced this level of customer service in a while. I highly recommend playing a round (or two!) at this beautiful course and for the great hospitality we received at the pro shop and the restaurant on site. Well wo…

Very Disappointing. Such a beautiful course, which came highly recommended…. I couldn’t be more disappointed. The golf superintendent stuck every pin in the most impossible position. No wonder pace of play is an issue at this course. I play to a 5 and found myself 3 putting green after green because of the very “questionable “ pin placements. Good shots go unrewarded and poor one are severely punished. Closing with the positives - the views are magnificent & the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. That said, I won’t return until new management is overseeing maintenance & course setup…

Redlands Mesa Golf Course. Fantastic and an outstanding course. It will challenge you but it is worth it. The scenery is well worth it. We will come back to play here. If you travel to play golf make this one of the course’s that you travel to. You won’t regret it. Well kept greens are fantastic. Again a great course.

I played Redlands Mesa on Sept 8, 2024 and was very impressed. The course was challenging yet perfectly groomed, the views are amazing, and the staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. I was on a 3 week 3000 mile road trip to visit family in the Midwest. I played over a dozen courses on my trip and Redlands Mesa was tied for 1st as my personal favorite (the other was Arrowhead in Littleton, CO). I can't wait for the next trip through to play here again!

Absolutely spectacular golf course on the western slope of Colorado carved into the Grand Valley. Course condition was pristine. The course is hard, but fair, the greens are gorgeous, the views will take your breath away! I could not find a bare spot on a tee box, fairway or green and kudos to maintenance staff because this course can't be easy to maintain. Green fees were very reasonable, ($82 when I played) with generous range balls, and a range in great shape. Staff was polite, friendly and helpful. The clubhouse offers views you can't believe and a full menu. Electric carts are powerfu…

What a challenging course! The beauty is unmatched to any other course I've played. You're golfing, but feel as if you're on a scenic tour. The golf carts come with GPS yardage to the pin, allow you to order from the restaurant and identify golf carts in front of you that are out of side, to not hit into them. The course grass was also in great shape.

Redlands Mesa is my second favorite course that I've played so far. Only beat by Wolf Creek in Mesquite. The layout is extremely fun with many interesting holes. The elevation changes, doglegs, water and sand make this course spectacular. My favorite holes include #'s 2, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 17. Play from the tips to see the beauty of this course. This is not a course I'd want to walk. I can't wait to visit here again. I wish it was closer to home.

The view is fabulous, the food presentation is great, service is great, however, there appears to be an ongoing plumbing problem as there is a sewer smell on occasion in the indoor dining area. I have experienced this issue on two occasions. I will limit my visits to patio weather.
