The course is noted for its challenging greens and scenic views, making it a popular choice for golfers of all levels. However, some visitors mention concerns about the course layout, high prices, and difficulty in securing tee times due to the high number of residents. Additionally, there are mixed reviews regarding the quality of home construction and customer service for real estate matters.

The course is great but the staff is phenomenal. Well respected and treated with care. Pro shop is very helpful and goes above and beyond. My experience with Bryce was great. Made me feel like a member even though I’m not. Thanks !

(10 HC) Played the Barstool Classic 2023 tournament here. The good: Very nice aqua range and practice putting areas. The overall course condition was great. The speed of the greens was fast but not ridiculous, rough was not thick but well maintained. It’s basically a new course and the membership isn’t established as they are still building out the homes around the entire course. Lots of water but it’s not always in play. Tons of native birds and a few gators out there. The bad: Course layout was mediocre at best not a lot of memorable shots or holes out there. No elevated tees, just continuat…

This is a really great course. I remember playing it when there was only a few houses built, now the course has really comes into its own.

Have only gone for the range, given the price for rounds are pretty expensive. Looks like a nice course, but giving 2 stars because they shut down public access (paying for day pass) to the range. Just pretty ridiculous that a public course doesn't allow you to use the range, even while paying them to do so. But hey, you can pay $125 for a round...

First impressions has always been my "go to" decision making factor. Not only were the homes over whelmingly impressive, the sales person, Melanie Byrnes was as well. Her knowledge, professionalism, and wonderful personality represented Taylor Morrison's exceptional customer service and quality homes. The area is perfect for those who enjoy social gatherings, outdoor activities, beautiful landscapes, and a safe community for all ages.

The course itself is absolutely beautiful and showcases meticulously maintained fairways and greens that really test your skill. The greens in particular were challenging, with lots of undulation and speed, which made for a fun and memorable round. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the day, which made the experience even better. At the turn, I had a handmade chicken salad sandwich that was fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot midround. After finishing up, I visited the Barrel House Bistro for a proper 19th hole experience, which did not disappoint. I had thei…

Great golf course, great amenities, homes are very nice, the restaurant is very good and the Bahama bar is an excellent place to hang out grab a drink and food after golf or just enjoying food by the pool. Only complaint is there are over 900 seeded households for this one golf course. 8 minutes apart on tee times and 4 hour plus rounds. Harder to get to he tee times you want.

Quality of build is poor. Follow-up on warranty issues is worse. Website access is ridiculous. There is no notification of invoices, and if you’re late, they shut off access to pay them…after randomly discovering you have one. What??

If you’re buying a home, I couldn’t recommend Melanie more highly. Reliable, personable, and truly dedicated—exactly what you want in a real estate professional.
