In summary

Eagle Dunes Golf Club is appreciated for its picturesque layout, challenging course design, and friendly staff, with many golfers noting the greens are typically in good condition. The course offers a good value for money, especially with its unique elevation changes and scenic views. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about inconsistent maintenance, particularly regarding the fairways, bunkers, and pace of play, which can be slow at times.

The staff and starters are phenomenal, the course is challenging and beautiful. Dave and several other employees were incredibly attentive and on top of their scheduling. Yes, some of the greens are worse for wear, but we found that to be a minor blemish that was easy to look past. All in all, great value, great people, great golf course.

Nice 18-hole golf course. Picturesque views. Grounds in some areas could use a little work, some of the edges of the greens are weedy and some bunkers are not very well maintained. Overall had a great experience

Eagles Dunes Golf Club is right the edge of East's and leading into Sorrento. The community is nice and it is a decent public course. I use to live here when it first opened and it was in amazing shape, but over the years they have let it go just a bit. It is still a fun course to play with downhill shots, drivable greens if you can hit the ball long and a tough little 18. Normally it is best to make a tee time in advance just in case, I have gone out there thinking it would be dead and it was packed. It's a reasonable price, but definitely could use a bit more attention. Also be aware of not…

Great layout and in better condition than most courses in the area. I could definitely make this my go to course. The greens are in great shape, bunkers and bunker edges need a little work. I love a course that starts and ends with a good par 5 and Eagle Dunes doesn't disappoint. Good tee box selection to fit every golfer level. I didn't take advantage of the restaurant so can't speak to the food or service. I'll make a point to do so on my next visit.

Disappointing course. For $50 you dont expect to much but somehow it still disappoints. No cart service on a Saturday. Every holes conditions are different. Some have no grass (even on tee boxes), potholes throughout, greens are inconsistent (sucker pin locations on a few). Because the conditions are so terrible no one rakes bunkers or repairs divots. This is a low class municipal course at best. Save your money and time.

Fairways and bunkers could use a little bit of love. But the greens were fast and pretty smooth. More elevation changes than I expected. I really enjoyed playing here. Nice layout.

Great course! Layout is amazing, greens in great shape. Fairways are in winter condition but very very playable. Very forgiving and challenging. The hills are like no other I’ve played and we can’t wait to be back. Well done fellas

Played out here today and was totally blown away by this course and how great a shape it is in. They have a new Groundskeeper who obviously has done a great job. Greens were incredible and like a carpet. Price was good and will soon fall in a few weeks.

I’m a very patient relaxed kinda guy slow play doesn’t effect me if it’s understandable … 5 and a half hours for a a round of golf where there was multiple groups backed up on every hole for 18 holes was absolutely unreasonable. Not one Marshall anywhere keeping pace of play to help out… and to top it off there was two gentleman taking turns relieving themselves on the 18th hole at the small tree off the green in plain sight of everyone… apparently the clubhouse was too far away to hold it and use the bathroom like a normal person. I won’t be returning to this course.

Great corse and the views are amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful and the other players that I ran into were just laid back and easy going. Definitely going to come back and have told some friends that we need to come play a round here

I played this course on a Thursday with a hot deal for only 15$, and it was probably the best value I’ve ever gotten out of 15$. The course isn’t perfect, some greens have some really rough patches and the tee boxes could be nicer, but the fairways are super nice. It feels like your always hitting off of a good lie if you hit a good shot which is definitely not the case for other courses with similar pricing. Also the layout and elevation changes are super cool. Definitely will play again!
