Dunwoodie Golf Course

Shorter but creatively challenging course (more my speed). I was pleasantly surprised by how well kept and designed this course is, especially impressed how they manage to keep the leaves off of all of the playing areas during the Fall season (makes finding balls much easier). Staffers are very nice, professional, and courteous. Rate of play was quick, no waiting or being rushed. Overall, I had an excellent experience.

Played Dunwoodie today and found it to be in great shape, fairways and greens are well taken care of and beautiful. It's a challenging course due to the fairways being pretty straight, hilly and just enough bunkers (sand). If you slice or hook you'll be in a little trouble. Great course for beginners or average players like myself. The course also offers putting, chipping green and a nice driving range. If you're looking for a local course in lower Westchester play Dunwoodie you won't be disappointed and there's a nice view of Manhattan on the 18th hole. In addition it's a great place to host…

This is a nice mature public course. They ate well organised and you can rent reasonable clubs if you're visiting. The marshalls keep the pace of play moving on a weekend. It's a shame they don't have a bigger bar area.

Yowsers! This course is not for the faint of heart. Felt like wherever I was at after teeing off, one would most likely have some sort of uneven lie heading towards the green on basically all the holes... so, feel like ya need a challenge? Then this is the course. Course conditions were fine. As expected, tee boxes are beaten up. Fairways are ok. Putting greens were good, so, the overall feel for the course was a positive one! (Forgot to mentioned, motorized golf carts are in good working condition, with a gps screen provided... nice touch!).

Played today with a great group of Guys, Shane and Anthony , Golf course was in great shape, pace was good! A little over 4 hr Round, Didn’t catch his name but the Gentleman in the pro Shop was very nice this Friday Morning. Friday- 10/11/2024- Will Definitely Come back, Good practice Facilities. Staff very welcoming. I got my First Birdie!

Beautiful challenging greens in perfect condition after a round of golf the club house is a must.

The course has gone through some upgrades over the years and is being maintained better and better. It is rapidly becoming one of the top Westchester County courses to enjoy on a beautiful day! There is a gorgeous view of the NYC skyline on a clear day, a nice little bonus.

So far i’ve only visited the driving range. It’s basic but exactly what you need. Nothing fancy, balls and beverages are automated, no staff.

My go-to public in the county - I usually go solo at the crack of dawn to get a nice 3 hr 45 minute round in. I shoot high 90s to low 100s and have walked the course in under 4 hours every time. Staff are chill, other golfers there respectful and good to play with. Not a particularly long or difficult course. The view from the 18th tee box is wonderful.

Tucked away in lower Westchester this is a gem of a course! There are 18 great holes with a variety of shapes and sizes, well maintained greens/fairways, and very helpful staff. There's a restaurant at the turn where you can grab a quick bite to eat (or order ahead in your cart). Best view I've seen so far on a course in Westchester with the NYC city skyline visible on the 18th hole! Can't wait to go back

Great public course, one ot the best within easy driving distance of Manhattan. Good turf mat driving range, nice chipping and putting area. Fairways and green in excellent condition. Very friendly staff. Pace of play can be a little slow in the afternoon but still finished on a Thursday afternoon in 4.75 hours

Unbelievably slow, every hole is a wait, rarely see rangers doing any sort of enforcement. Course is fine but any enjoyment is ruined by the pace of play and lack of accountability for slow players
