Thoroughly enjoyed walking this course. You can’t beat $18 to walk 18 holes. Course is straight forward, literally every hole is straight. If you deviate from the fairway huge trees come into play and block you out from making a good score. Keep it in play and you’ll be just fine! Staff was always friendly!

Fun nine hole course. The current configuration of the green on hole 2 and the tee box for hole 3 is a bit quirky but otherwise the course is in fantastic shape and I would play again!

2024.6.29. I give it a 3 star based on course design and layout etc, since it is a 9-hole city course without any fancy features. In terms of how well the greens are kept, I will give it a 5 star. The greens are not very fast, but they are perfectly maintained . It is a good course for regular practice by local residents, I kinda really appreciate it being convenient for local residents.

Great course. Very well kept. The only draw back is a little bit of cross play but other than that it was a great time. Will be back again.

Such a fun and well kept course. The staff are great, the sausages are good and the punch cards make it a fantastic value for the regular! Please play here if you live downtown and haven’t, the greens are fantastic.

Fantastic value (9 hole) course in Indianapolis. Not to mention a lot of great history. About $20 with a cart twilight all you can golf. Starts at 2 or 3 everyday? Conditions ebbs and flows with the seasons but always playable in my opinion (I shoot low 80s). Blue tees are as long as a traditional course and par 3s are very long. Only one par 5 and plays as a par 34. Very happy last second option for me as I live 5 minutes away and this course is rarely packed. Just be aware they call in carts before dark so don’t plan on staying out till 9:00 during the summer. Very happy to have this course…

This is a great historic 9-hole course with no water hazards. It is also short and straight with no dog legs, so it is a wonderful course on which to learn the game or just tune up your irons. It sits firmly in a near northside neighborhood, which adds to the charm. They have a great twilight special. I often play from a different tee box on the second nine, which makes it feel like a different course. Sometimes, the greens have disease very early in the season.

Played Douglass Park Golf course for the first time today. My only regret is that I haven't played there sooner. Short course. Good for beginners and pros. Priced just right. Excellent course. I will definitely be back.

I don't know where to start. So many good things about Douglass golf course. First the people make you feel welcome. The people are so nice it you helps you to feel safe being there. The course is nice most of the time . But is better the most of the other surrounding courses . Besides being only nine hole courses . The cost is the less expensive around . There's even listens for the kids at no cost . There's so much the I better stop here . I just say you need to stop by to see for yourself. L.A.

If you’re looking for a budget friendly, easy to play course good for beginners, this is the one! Awesome course if you don’t mind playing on the rougher side of town. $16 for a cart and all you can play golf!
