First let me say that I'm not a golfer. I have recently joined Cumberland Country Club as a social member. My initial interactions and experiences have all been positive, so my three star review may very well be a four-star review after I've had a chance to settle in there for a few months. So far, so good. As a member l have access to the bar, and lunch and dinner, and depending on your tastes there are specials on certain nights of the week. They have a pool also which is open between Memorial Day and Labor Day, so I look forward to visiting that in the warmer months.

Best sea food, west of frederick md. Nice private meal without all the restaurants atmosphere. Quality kind of people. Good food and drinks. Bar, pool, golf, or just relaxing walk around

I have been coming to the club since I was a little girl with my grandparents, Judge and Betty Getty, and have been able to still return a few times each year with family for various events. It is still a top notch 5 star club with class and incredible food! Very spacious, clean, classy, a beautiful golf course, and very mannerly, friendly and efficient staff! A highly recommendable establishment!

I've been to a few birthday parties held there and a few weddings. It's a great place, delicious food, friendly staff and very clean. I would highly recommend it for your next special occasion.

Joined in the spring to use the pool. My wife used her account to have for charges/billing and even after four months as a member they didn't have her information in the system. The Memorial Day opening when I called for the hours I was told the pool was open. I got there and the pool was closed because water was too cloudy. I have gone back 6/7 times throughout the summer, but between the rain and storms we didn't get to stay in the water much. It is now September and the weather is hotter and weather forecasts have been for less rain and storms with temperatures in the mid 90's....but guess…

What a wonderful venue for any occasion. Mine happened to be a class reunion. Plenty of room for 200 guests to eat, drink and dance.

I came a bit early but was told 2 go in Walmart Main Entrance & after doing 1 lap J.C. Penney was open. I went to my favorite clerk Nancy 4 pickup of my "ordered Lee Jeans" after call of their arrival. Took them home & they fit & feel great! Thanks Penney's!🙂
