In summary

Crosswinds Golf Club receives praise for its welcoming staff, well-maintained clubhouse, and enjoyable course layout that balances challenge and playability. Many appreciate the variety of holes and the convenience of its location. However, some visitors express concerns about the course's condition, particularly regarding maintenance issues such as dry fairways, inconsistent greens, and limited pro shop offerings.

(Part 1/2) Wow. What a journey. Long story short, this course would be best off being sold to the quarry across the street. I have been golfing at this course for quite some time, before it was an 18 hole course even, and it is STILL not in any great condition. If anything it’s starting to get worse from some improvements they’ve made over the years. First of all, the pricing is way too high for what the course is. Prices are raised when you have a better product to offer, so why should people be paying more for a product that hasn’t changed in the past 15 years? (Not to mention their seasonal…

Crosswinds Golf is easily one of the most enjoyable local courses I’ve played. From the moment you arrive, the staff is welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely focused on making sure players have a great experience. The clubhouse is clean, well-kept, and organized, which makes check-in quick so you can get right out to the fun part—golfing. The course itself is in great shape. The fairways are smooth, the greens are well-maintained, and the layout offers the perfect balance between challenging and playable. Whether you’re newer to the game or a regular on the course, Crosswinds gives you a fun test…

Just moved to the area and decided to check this place out. The pro shop doesn’t have squat. So if you don’t have it with you then you’re going to be without it. The 30-40 male working had zero ambition and was very unwelcoming. If you don’t like your job find a new one. They only sell one size range balls which is $8 for 40 balls. The balls are beat up and many are cracked in half. Good luck finding a decent spot to hit. I get that we have been in a drought which doesn’t help. Shrink the hitting areas down and rotate them out daily (doesn’t cost anything). Water is lacking but you can drive a…

Not sure why the recent reviews are so mean. The course isn't Augusta National, but for $32 for 18 holes with a cart (senior rate) it was a fun course. The greens are large and nicely maintained. It's August so the fairways are a little dry, but for the most part in good shape. The staff we dealt with were very friendly and accommodating. We are traveling from Northern Wisconsin and had stayed at a nearby KOA campground, the course was conveniently nearby so we gave it a try. Thanks, Crosswinds for a fun 18 holes of golf. ❤️ 2 ⛳️

This course is super convenient for Perrysburg area residents. It was originally meant to be a learning course, and that is evident by the it’s length. It’s somewhere around 4000 yards from the white tees. This is an easy course but is fun to play. Most of the challenging holes are on the front nine. Numbers 4 and 7 have tough dog legs to provide challenge. More than once, I’ve hit the port a potty on 7 and had some interesting shots (see photo). The back nine seems to be longer and wider open. I usually play the back about 5 strokes lower than the front. The creek that winds through the bac…

Cross Winds was a pleasure to play today. Really enjoyed the challenging grass around the greens. The greens also presented a nice challenge reading the break. Well done.

Terrible place to play, every tee is right next to previous green so you get hit at all day, the course conditions are more then terrible, and the charge outrageous prices to play. Never again will I go there and I suggest you choose another place to play as well...

Nice course, not very challenging. You can tell its newer, trees are young, not hilly. Its more open than others, greens are very soft but play as they should, fairways and rough are well manicured, tee boxes need better markings and more standardization.

Probably worst course I've been too. Payed $100 bucks to play 9 holes just to be hassled by an employee to "hurry it up". With lies about us cutting holes yet we followed the map to a T. Rude employees, rude people come here. Better and cheaper courses around.

Great staff!! Friendly & welcoming. The course set up allows all skill levels to work on various aspects of their game. You have to know how to golf in the wind in NW OH; Crosswinds provides an excellent setting to do just that.
