In summary

Cricket Ridge Golf Course is appreciated for its friendly staff, enjoyable golf course, and good food, particularly the fried chicken and salad bar. The venue is popular for group gatherings and events, offering a comfortable atmosphere with reasonable prices. However, some visitors have noted slow service, uncomfortable seating, and occasional issues with food quality and service consistency.

Had their family style dinner with a group of about 20 people. Food was good, service was good. The meal included their salad bar, two entrees, and two side dishes. We had the fried chicken, roast beef, mashed potatoes, and green beans. All were tasty, served hot, and plenty to go around. I would definitely recommend this place for group gatherings, the room would comfortably fit more people, maybe 30-40 total with a different table layout.

The salad bar was delicious but the rest of the food was terrible. The atmosphere was nice with a large pond out back with a porch. The service was lacking and the waitress kept asking my family and I when we wanted our food served? The bar tender was rude as well and was caught talking about customers. Overall not a good experience. Cricket Ridge is not what it used to be. Very disappointed.

Cricket Ridge offers good food to eat, but service is a little slow. I would recommend going here when you're not in a rush. They also have a nice 9 hole golf course that is pretty good. Just be warned you may lose a couple balls in the water.

Pleasantly surprised with the food and service. We haven't been here in years because they seemed to be looking for help all the time. We decided to give them a try and really enjoyed our meal. Ambiance was great. We'll definitely go back.

Good food good service good decor but the folding chairs you have to sit in are totally very uncomfortable especially for big people. I felt like I was sitting in a child's chair. Won't be going back any time soon unless they get different seats.

Had our Knight of Columbus Christmas party there. This is our 8 year and we booked for next year. The salad bar is really good and the dinner was great.

I've been here a few times in the past and it seems like the variety of dishes and the quality has gone down a little. The waiter we had though was terrific.

Good golf, but they do allow 6-somes and play can be slow at best. Food wasn't impressive or appetizing. Good drink prices, and cheap for golf.

Held a wedding rehearsal dinner there, food was good and prices very reasonable. Staff that waited on our party did an excellent job!

They have great fried chicken and food. The goldcourse is simple yet elegant. They have enough, space to cater to large groups.

I didn't stay to eat but the course was great. We played the nine twice and had a good time. I would like to come and play it again sometime soon.

Nice course with some interesting holes. Fairways need work, but the greens are in great shape. The course might be a 3.5, but the friendly staff made my review a 4.
