Great course with very affordable fees. Challenging enough to keep you focused, but not exceptionally difficult. Well maintained. I'm giving it 5 stars, based on comparison to similar courses and rates. It's not Pebble Beach, but it's absolutely great for what it is.

I have played at least twice a year. The last two times, I was very disappointed! In the last couple of years, I have seen a major decline in the condition of the course. They used to have well-kept bunkers and greens. Now, the bunkers are almost unplayable, and the greens are poorly kept. The greens looked like the mower was sharpened. Greens were slow and inconsistent. I may not play here again until I hear they get their act together on course maintenance. Updated 9/20 I played Colonial this past weekend. I have to say it was in much better shape this time. I have always liked the course…
