Took my 12 y/o son here this morning. I’ve only golfed a few times in my life and he’s new to it so I searched for a place that was kid friendly and was fully prepared to let people pass us by. Instead we were greeted with such kindness and partnered up with two other golfers, had a great time and learned so much. The course is a rollercoaster but with the shorter ranges it wasn’t too difficult to keep track of the ball. It offered shade in many spots which was a gift today. We will definitely be back! Oh we saw comments about the grounds not being kept up. It was beautiful, no garbage.

Beautiful hilly muni course. Lots of elevation changes, side slopes in play. Greens in great shape. We had a great time.

I stopped in looking to play a round with family and this course came up on “golf near me”. I was greeted by Richie with a warm smile and welcoming conversation. He informed me it was walking only and most all par 3’s with one exception, a par 4. The course was green everywhere, the greens we perfect and the views wonderful. Very well maintained golf course and lots of fun. My one gripe, it’s a tough walk for an older fella but all in all it’s a 10 out of 10. And $3 to play??? That’s the best deal in the COUNTRY!!

Super great course for a beginner…like me. I’ve only been here a couple of times but I’ve enjoyed it both. Course is short and far easier than most others. Also the people here are great. Whether they are just beginning like me or well seasoned most people come here to have fun, practice and get better! Love this golf course!

Really nice course. Short holes so good for beginners, but lots oh hills so it gives a nice challenge. Really well kept fairways and teeboxes, greens are in good shape too. And you can't beat it for the price.

I haven’t played here in several years. The course was in very good condition and the greens rolled nicely. I forgot how hilly the course is never a flat lie. Fun challenging course especially for the low greens fee!

This is a great golf course for the price and I have always enjoyed it here. A while back I had a bit of a strange experience. While I was on the 4th hole, a gentleman at the 5th hole and had lowered his trousers at the tee box and was taking a poo. It was strange because typically that type of behavior goes against golf etiquette. With that said, I do enjoy this course, but sometimes people on the course act in truly bizarre fashion.

So a small par 3 course, with one par 4. I think the 3 of us was under $20.00. No pull carts for rent (Covid) and credit/card only, no cash. It was an easy walk for the most part. The 7th to 8th to 9th there's an uphill walk but...not awful.xonditions were decent as well, had a great time, nice place to work on, "the short game".

Very good shape. Biggest problem are the people who "play", but lack golf etiquette. Tees and greens would be in better shape, if the golfers would repair their damage, that they do.

Was a good time to be had as had only heard about the burnet park course from a friend's father and truly nostalgic to play after the course was reincarnated and brought back after being gone and forgot about - steep hills in places and small greens

Quick, easy course. Free for veterans! It's within the city limits right next to the zoo. I actually heard an elephant when we were playing. Kept up nicely and it's clean. Nice to have an asset like this.

Yes there is a small golf course at Burnett park. But I go to the park to sit under the trees and feel the breeze and get in a little nature. It's a little place of peace inside the city
