This place is interesting. It has 18 holes (plus a 9 hole short holes across the street) and this first nine resembles a normal golf course. The back nine is the deepest woods golf you have ever played. If you can keep your balls straight you will lose at least 2 sleeves. Nine holes I usually shoot around 43, on the back of I get >46 I'm happy. Beware, if you aren't going when there is a sale, it is pricey

Thanks Ryan for selecting this course to play. Bruce, Jason and I had a memorable time. Love the tricky layout. Found a lot of balls in the woods. Requirement to stay on cart path on holes 11-16 gave us a good walking workout. Never saw Bruce so happy. Thanks to Sergeant Schultz for the time of our lives.

The course is in horrible shape and I am being kind at horrible. The sand traps had no sand in them , the greens were burnt out and the tee boxes had almost no grass. This dump isn't even worth the $ 15 I paid for 18 holes and a cart. Too bad it is a beautiful setting

My brother and I had a negative (mostly) experience Sunday at this course. The only positive of the day was the cashier/attendant inside the clubhouse. She was friendly and courteous. After that, everything went downhill. First, Brandywine books tee times every seven minutes. This is a problem, as it puts too many people on the course at once and promotes slow play. Ultimately, delays happen. We had a 9:07 tee time, but didn't start until 9:30. That said, this issue could have been prevented, had it not been for the groundless and incomprehensible actions of the starter. This individual refus…

This course is in terrible condition. Not just “it’s been raining/flooding issues” bad, but basic maintenance of a golf course bad. Holes 17 & 18 were closed today. Hole 15 also wasn’t usable with no real tee box and a dangerous cart path falling apart down a steep hill. If you want to play 18, just play the front 9 twice. But I wouldn’t even recommend that, as this course isn’t worth even half the price they ask for. Avoid this place and find somewhere else to play.

Fee of $13 for 9 holes including riding cart was reasonable. The downside was there was no signage indicating the hole number or directional signs indicating where to go to get to the next tee. You have to look at the diagram on the scorecard very, very carefully to know where to go. After finishing the 8th hole we searched and searched for the 9th tee and finally just put a ball down and hit to an open area and made up a location for the cup. I returned to the clubhouse and said we couldn't find the 9th hole. The guy behind the counter said "there isn't one. We're going to rebuild it and it's…

On time for a 1:30 tee time . 2:15 still waiting to start. Stater. Then rudely informed us we had to join a pair, who could not hit past woman tee. Said we had no choice. Got refund and left. Guess we had a choice. Course looked terrible. More weeds than grass. No fairways all cut the same. Looked like a pasture. Staff acted like it was Firestone C.C. what joke.

I've played here before and loved it, but this time the cicadas were out. Golfing while those things are flying around and landing on you wasn't the greatest. Fortunately, they are only around for another week or so. My advice is to avoid Peninsula in June of 2033.

It's a good place to golf but do NOT give them your real email address in exchange for a discounted price. I have unsubscribed from their "special offers" at least 20 times in the last 3 years.

When we played it was a holiday and we paid $50 for 18 with cart and the fairways were like concrete and the high spots on the greens were baked and cracked open. TERRIBLE

Played the par 3 course yesterday. I love it, especially hole 6 and 7. It's too expensive for a par 3 in my opinion, especially right now that hole #9 is closed.
