Used to be a nice course years and years ago. Owners are in bad health and the regulation front 9 is closed and nothing but giant weeds. Par 3 course is open and only costs $5 to walk. Greens are unputtable and hardly any grass on them. It is great for my 12 year old daughter who is learning. It could be a really fun course if the greens were green. Below is a pic of the green on the last hole.

Borland's par three is a nice little course for beginners, kids, and older people who've maybe lost a step. It used to be an 18 hole course, 9 holes of par 3 and 9 holes of regulation, but they stopped keeping up the regulation side, which is a definite let down, and something I really didnt like. So it's just the par 3 course. Anyway, last year in 2016, the course was in pretty bad shape. Some greens you could hardly putt on, that's how bad it was. But this year, Iv noticed, it's much better, whick is nice. I have fun Everytime I go. It's just too bad they can't get the regulation course up a…
