The greens are generally well-maintained, and the course offers a good value for the price. Big Beaver Golf Course was a fun round! Honestly, with most of the fairways dead I was leaning toward a 3-star rating, but spotting an actual beaver on the course bumped it up to a 4! The layout is a bit challenging but enjoyable, the people were friendly, and prices were very reasonable. The clubhouse could use some attention, it’s cluttered and feels like it hasn’t been cared for in a while. That said, if you set your expectations right, it’s a great spot to play.

I almost didn't come to this course because of the reviews about the cart paths. I have absolutely no idea what the bad reviews are talking about. Are there a few spots that could use some love? Yes but not to the point of writing a negative review. The course is fun, clean and well taken care of. The staff is super friendly and I will be coming back.

Hard to give this course less than 4 stars considering the following: Price: $60ish for 2 golfers with cart on a weekend is great! If more, the price wouldn't match the conditions. Fantastic design. Most holes were very fun to play. Greens were challenging and more than a flatish circle. Green conditions: Really good. Smooth and receptive. Tees, fairways, and rough: Rough was OK and what I expected. Most fairways were full of grass. The grass was high and not irrigated. If you play the ball up, all is OK. Fairways were more like a first cut of rough. Tees had high grass. Some of the fairwa…

Gave it a 2 only because the greens weren't bad, me and my 3 friends drive to play out of state course's weekly and have been playing for 15+ year's, and this was the worst course we've ever played we think. We will not be back until they fix obvious issue's they been neglecting for what looks to be a very long time. Clubhouse outside walking up had trash everywhere on the ground, worst carts we've ever had, hard dirt fairways, and tee boxes weren't any better, cartpath was in bad shape to. Just overall not worth the trip, or the $35 green fee, and $35 is cheap! We drove almost 2 hours 1 way b…

Came down to BBC for 3 years now on an annual golf trip, its in a good location for us to stop. The course conditions have not improved in that time. Tee boxes are in rough shape. Cart paths are terrible. it's a fun course to play but needs some time & $$$ put into it. We will find a new course next year. We tried it again, the course had a great lay out. Fun course to play. The condition of course sucks the tee boxes are in terrible condition, the fairways are also in terrible condition. You shouldn’t have to go searching for you gall in the middle of the fairway. After 5 year very few notice…

Top notch place to play! Friendly people always a game to play through the week with active members! Facebook page is responsive to any questions. Greens and fairways are in phenomenal shape. Great people to talk to from owner to club house and easy going people. Have fun out on the course golfers :)

Friendly staff. Inexpensive. Some very challenging holes with narrow areas between the tee box and fairway with heavy weeds and woods surrounding. So must be accurate. Very hilly. Cart paths are pretty rough and the grass could be better kept, but it matches the price to play so no complaints. Would play here again.

Great course, beautiful views on multiple holes. Lots of elevation changes make it a pretty difficult course to walk, even with a hand cart. The greens were really good; played fairly fast and were very consistent from hole to hole. The clubhouse had a nice laid back vibe. Drove out from Gahanna and was definitely worth the drive. Highly recommend playing this course.
