Really fun course. Lots of opportunity to swing most clubs in the bag as every hole is alittle different. It has its challenges. Shotout to the made in the process shop, great energy and always a good time. Played here a few times now and really enjoyed it. Though there was people in front and behind its never felt crowded.

Fun course. Interesting Pete Dye design. Not very long but it's got its challenges. December 2023 greens have been sanded, a little bit slow. Fairways looking better since we've had some rain.

Very good golf experience. Best greens we’ve played in all summer. Friendly staff and well maintained tee boxes and fairways. We drove from the north shore and will be back.

Another course revitalized about 20 minutes outside of Metairie that you shouldn’t overlook. Played this course a month ago while the greens were punched and June 23rd after they healed up. These greens are very close to becoming some of the best in the area since they’ve been redone. This course layout has one of the most challenging and unique eyes in southern Louisiana. Highly recommend taking a shot on it. In dry conditions, I see it becoming a must play like it was in it’s former form.

Greens were in great shape and rolled Tru. We had GPO so I did alot of walking. But the course was nice. Club house has hot and prices were a little high. M&m peanuts and a drink 15.00 I plan on playing there again.

I worked in the bag room at Belle Terre in high school when it was the finest course in the area. I remember the golf pro's from PGA West would come down for our big tournaments, since we were designed by Pete Dye too. Now that I'm getting back into golf, I keep thinking about my old love affair with this place. My best score was a 77, the only time I've ever shot in the 70's. My buddy Don Savoie was my witness. Farewell ole pal! He could read these greens with his eyes closed.

First time playing, so I can't speak to the condition before, but the course was in great shape this weekend, especially when you consider the drought we're in. Tee boxes were hard and the bunkers could use a little edging, but overall A+ for the price. Lots of water and decent amounts of bunkers made for a challenging but not impossible round. All staff that I encountered were very friendly, cart girl passed by 4 times during the round and was nice even though we didn't need anything. All in all a great experience and I'll be back.

Sitting in the parking lot a few minutes past my tee time, and there's no sign of life in the clubhouse. Tried calling for two days and no answer. The website has no indication that the course is temporarily closed. The online booking page shows open tee times, and allows one to book. If the course is closed the website should reflect that. No way to run a course.

Current owners trying to bring it back but still a ways to go. Fairways are hard and a little bare, greens are not great but playable. Staff is friendly and the bar is nice and affordable. Over all you can have decent round here for New Orleans public golf.
