Grand Ridge Golf Course

This is a nice course. I have been here 4 times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The course is maintained well and all my trips I saw greens in excellent condition. I like the tighter fairways. The whole layout is nice. It’s about a 30 minute ride for us, but worth the trip. Pricing is on par with other courses I will normally play. I paired up with 2 guys from Prairieville this Saturday. They mentioned how nice it was too and can’t want to come back. It’s worth the trip. We recently visited Grand Ridge Golf Club and were blown away by how beautiful the course is. The cypress trees, water features, and fountains create such a peaceful setting. The staff we interacted with were incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s clear this course is loved by the local community and supported by people who truly care. Even in a short visit, we could see why so many people speak highly of it. Grand Ridge is a true gem in Luling and a great example of what a well-kept, welcoming golf course should be.

Visiting from Dallas. This place has that natural bayou feel. Excellent shape. Excellent greens. Very reasonably priced and good selection of merch in the pro shop. Highly recommended this place!

New owners have really turned it around...beautiful!!!! Proud to have a home on this beautiful course!! 11/9/25 Rented the Cypress room for our parents 50th wedding anniversary. We had about 50 guests it was the perfect size. Our attendant was super sweet and Tami Cooper was great to work with as well. Beautiful space for your next event highly recommend

Played Grand Ridge on Oct 11th 2025 and I can tell you that it was in excellent condition. Greens and fairways are perfect.

Course Review: I was really disappointed with my first experience here. I’m a member at Chateau, so I had high hopes, but the course conditions fell far short. The teeboxes and fairways were either bare or overgrown and badly needed maintenance. The rough was inconsistent both in length and quality. While the greens were well-maintained, the design was extremely frustrating — the excessive turtleback shaping made it nearly impossible to hold shots unless you hit a high moon ball with a ton of spin. One of the best kept secrets of the area. New manager has really gotten the golf course and swimming pool in tip top shape. The entire club has been improving since he came in. The golf course is just awesome.

This course is beautiful and is well kept. It's also challenging due to the narrow fairways. I highly recommend playing here. The green fee is very reasonable.

After being let down and a bit disgusted after my first time visiting New Orleans and Bourbon Street, this place was an absolute gem. Very fun and beautiful course, I found myself in trouble a few times and had to shape the ball right or left around mature trees. Took a while to figure out yardages with no markers in the fairway (they’re actually on the cart path) and got lost because someone ran over the signs that help navigate you to the next hole.. all just “first timer” problems and wouldn’t be an issue if I play here again.
