Alaqua Country Club

This is a private club with limited membership, primarily focused on the golfer experience. As a result, you will see more wildlife than other groups of golfers on the course. Conditions were tournament ready. Very beautiful facilities and layout. Course was challenging with many scenic views. Staff is very friendly and willing to answer all questions. This is a top notch club, I look forward to returning for years to come.

Got to play here after winning a foursome in a charity auction. The course is very tight and unforgiving, so bring extra balls. The fairways and tee boxes were in great shape. The greens had been aerated a week or two earlier, so they were difficult but otherwise in good condition. Overall, the course was difficult to enjoy because of how narrow everything was with little room for error. Definitely a course for lower handicap golfers but otherwise an excellent course.

Best ball tournament at Alaqua went great other than our final score ;) Great track if you get a chance to tee it up. Pretty straight forward layout, Gary Player design, and great greens. Would play it again for sure.

A beautiful golf course! We love being a member here…any day of the week no tee times! Just show up and play. We love that! Great range to practice at. Course in wonderful shape. You’ll see tons of wildlife..deer turkeys gators an occasional bear or panther. The restaurant is first class…exceptional food and service. Can’t imagine a better private club anywhere!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful

Very, very beautiful course. It's private though, so unless you know a member, you can't get on. It is a true gem with awesome wildlife amazing views and tight fairways. If your lucky enough to get to play, you will not be disappointed!

Nice quaint course surrounded by nature and mansions. Course was in good shape considering today's golf environment. Lakes and ponds could use a little work. Our golf cart had to be replaced after 3rd hole. Seemed like they were having a lot of issues with the carts. Had sliced smoked brisket which was surprisingly decent.

What a stunning clubhouse. Superb place to have a large or small event or simply dine alone. The service is exceptional and the food is captivating. The staff really goes above and beyond to ensure the guests have the best possible experience

Nice course, friendly staff, enjoyed it thoroughly! Course was in great shape, greens are quick and roll true. Gaters and deer are great to look at!
