Was in the area with a small group of guys. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Course is fairly short, but very tight fairways and extremely tough greens. A couple of the holes are a little quirky. Overall, the courae was very well kept and was worth the drive.

Huge fast greens. Nice fairways. A very challenging course with a creek that sucked up a lot of our balls that runs through much of the course. This place has the friendliest and most organized starter we have ever seen. We got there about 40 minutes early and he intercepted us at the door to the clubhouse, got my name and said to get paid and he would get us out early which he did. This guy was definitely in charge and organized. What an asset to this course and we play about 16 different courses every summer so have seen a variety of starters.

Fun little course. Par 70. Several of the dogleg holes were a 6 or 7 iron off the tee. Another short iron into nicely maintained greens. Coming from Florida, out of bounds was head high corn field was cool. Will play here again. Staff was all so nice and welcoming.

Stayed overnight in our 40” motor coach as a Harvest Host guest. Had time to play 9 holes and have a bite at the tavern. Course was beautiful, gateways and greens well groomed. Tavern was friendly and sandwich and chicken basket were tasty and fresh.

Even though I live in Chicago, working with Brooks virtually has been an awesome experience. We’ve built a great connection, and he makes the remote coaching feel super personal. He breaks things down in a way that’s easy to understand and always gives clear, actionable feedback. My swing has noticeably improved, and I’m playing with more confidence. On top of that, he’s taught me a lot about the mental game of golf and how to better approach each round with the right mindset, which has helped me enjoy my time on the course even more. Highly recommend working with him if you want to level up y…

Nice course, good prices, on a windy day can be challenging, well kept, greens were smooth. Best part is the hot dog at the turn. I think it is what I look forward to most, when playing Woussickett. Great experience.

Pro shop worker wasn’t very kind. Acted like it was my first time on a golf course. I play 2+ times a week. Didn’t answer questions about carts when asked. Gentlemen directing the the tee off times was very polite. He was kind spoken and nice. Made conversation and was friendly. Course ranger was rude and followed us around for 3-4 holes. Made comments about my friends moving up to the next tee box because they were struggling to hit fairways. Trucks were driving down the course around hole 5. Only reason I’m giving it a 2 star instead of a 1 is the scenery is good and the guy directing the te…

Course was great but the main reason I’m leaving a five star review is because of my lesson with Brooks! Met with him before my round for 30 minutes and struck the ball better than I ever have. I’m bummed I don’t live in Sandusky because I’d love to keep working with Brooks. The way he teaches is easy to digest and I’m very happy I had the chance to work with him
