Great price and great location for the residences of Rocky Mount, VA. The greens look great.

Perfect coarse for those looking to play a leisurely game of golf. Great the individual looking to learn. The course has 9 hole You can pay to play 9 or 18 holes and it comes with a gas powered golf cart to get up the hills. Update 6/3/26: The course is in great shape and the greens look lush and manicured. See photos

They are super rude on the phone & we while they were open online and on fb & they literally had the doors locked and didn’t answer the phone , I’d totally suggest beaver creek in Martinsville atleast they answer the phone , post when they are closed & are super sweet

Course is in beautiful condition. Prices are excellent and the staff is very friendly. If I had to make any suggestions, it would be to put the yardage stakes back on the fairways. I plan to play regularly there as long as the weather allows.

Extremely unwelcoming staff. Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes till someone finally came in. Older gentleman running the place didn’t look me in the eye, didn’t speak directly to me, and was on the phone the entire time not even paying me any attention. I asked “can I play 9?” He just held his hand out for my card, again still on the phone talking not even looking at me. As I walked out, “thank you sir!” Nothing. Greens are improving though! Won’t be coming back though. Should be thankful for the business but instead we want to act arrogant, unprofessional, and down right rude. A “hello” is a…

This is a 9 hole course, plays about 5,700 total yards for 18 holes from the tips. Pretty good value for $30/35 for 18 holes and a cart in this area. The greens are very slow but not awful. Fairways are in pretty good shape. Par 35 for 9 holes. The tee boxes are a little overgrown and the rough is pretty thick. Not a bad track for the location near SML.

Course is in absolutely fantastic condition! Greens are some of the best around, Justin the grounds / green keeper has them in great shape. I relocated from Cincinnati in January, have been coming here since then. FYI, they don't take tee times, you may want to call ahead to see how busy they are. I ended up taking a membership. Its actually a great value. The staff, Terry, Gloria and Cindy, are all very friendly, make you feel welcome and really appreciate your business. The course is only 9 holes, just play it from the second set of tees for the back nine. Plays well. Great (tough) walk. I…

Love the place, but today I’ll be golfing down the road due to the fact I was told last tee time is 3 and carts have to be in by 5. Now I understand off-season but on a day like today when it’s 60 and the sun sets at 6:12pm maybe push it back to 4 for 9 holes…. Just a suggestion on these sunny days. Definitely be back but was thrown off by when I called ahead and was told this today

Good course. In good shape. Needs more local support from local golfers. Due to the hilly terrain, great workout for walkers. Still a stockholder and believe this course is necessary to have as it helps attract new people to the county.

Nice little course. They had aerated the greens and put sand down, but they left a lot of dime and bigger sized rocks on the green. Made it really hard. Hope they get that cleaned up soon.
