In summary

Wildhorse Plains Golf Club is praised for its beautiful views and well-maintained 9-hole course, which is managed largely by friendly and accommodating volunteers. The course layout is appreciated for its unique challenges, including some unusual shot obstructions like power lines, and the greens are noted for being in excellent condition. While the course is generally quiet and relaxed, some visitors mention the presence of clover in the fairways, which can make finding balls more challenging. Overall, it offers a great golfing experience at a reasonable price, with no need for tee times.

Fun Course off highway 200. The 360 degree views once you are done with hole 2 are amazing. The course is mainly run by volunteers that do a great job keeping it looking good. If there’s no one in the clubhouse, just put your money in the box and play!

Both volunteer and employee were very friendly and I was golfing quickly. The tee locations were unique but quite playable. The greens were superb on this day which was a breezy day in July with temperature in the upper 70s. I would have expected these conditions to make the greens parched and hard but they…
