I stopped into Palm Beach Country Club during Presidents Week with my grandma and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with Susie. She was extremely unwelcoming and dismissive from the moment we walked in. When my grandma asked her a question, she completely ignored us and continued what she was doing. We also felt uncomfortable due to the way she repeatedly looked us up and down, as if we didn’t belong there. Just recently joined this country club to bring prospective clients to dinner and golf. The membership has been such an asset to our organization and well worth the price of admission. This place is a hidden Shangri-la on the north end of the island. The food, the staff is amazing as well as the amazing golf course.
