In summary

Webb Memorial Park Golf Course is appreciated for its affordable pricing, enjoyable layout, and walking-friendly design, making it a popular choice for both beginners and seasoned players. The course has seen improvements in fairway drainage and bunker conditions, though the greens often receive criticism for being in poor shape and challenging to putt on. Some visitors have noted issues with course management, including slow pace of play and restrictions on alcohol, which detract from the overall experience.

Enjoyed playing a round here. The course has a fun layout with a nice mix of holes that keeps things interesting throughout the round. It has a relaxed local atmosphere and is a pleasant place to spend a few hours on the course. The greens were quite fast, which made putting challenging and fun, but they were also very brown and could use some maintenance. Despite that, they were still playable and the round was enjoyable overall.

Convenient location and good prices. The greens are small and raised, so they make for difficult targets. Unfortunately the grass on the greens really struggles at times throughout the year. There has been some good work in recent years to improve the fairway drainage and the bunkers at locations throughout the course, and there have been some new trees planted.

Me and my son played our first round of golf ever there together. He really enjoyed it and so did I. The greens look great! The fairways look great! And the service was great. We'll be back!

Course was not in good shape, don’t even let people under the age of 18 who DRIVE or DROVE their have a cart. Workers weren’t the politest, explains why it’s a trash rec park. Would suggest going here, spend a little extra money and go somewhere nice

Golfed here plenty of times! It’s an average course but there are a few holes that are very special! They really don’t like beer on the course so they lose 2 stars from me

The course is flat, easy to walk. Fairways have improved a lot from what they were, but still not a plush lie. Greens are getting attention, but "not there yet". Friendly, helpful staff. Food availability limited to chips, crackers, soft drinks and such. But for under $20, you can walk 18 holes and have a good time.

BLUF: this is really an enjoyable course for a great price. It’s walking-friendly and actually makes for a more enjoyable experience IMO. The pace of play is a little slow, but that should really be expected and very comparable to most other BREC courses, which is why I prefer walking. The tee boxes and fairways are in very good shape for a public course. The greens are in above average shape, especially based on the amount of play Webb gets. Most putts are going to be uphill or downhill and have more break than you think. There are several holes that pose a nice challenge where it’s ideal to…

Played Friday December 15, 2023, afternoon round. The course was pretty open for the most part. Fairways were solid for the most part but it's December so a lot of the grass is struggling. That should change one spring starts. The greens are dead and hard so they roll pretty fast as again, it's winter. Also in general they're pretty bumpy and could use some work. It seems there are plans to improve them. Webb, along with City Park have the potential to be great municipal courses just like Santa Maria and Beaver Creek, they just need TLC. If you're just looking for somewhere to practice off the…

Fun little course. No driving range but can hit into nets...wet day kept carts on paths... some eroding areas will suck in stray shots. Pace was good considering. Cart was older and engine was chugging probably low charge on battery.
