Mudlake is a Beautful little community area with walking paths and a small playground for the grandchildren. I only wish they could put in a Splash Pad for the children it would be awesome amt kind of sprinkler system

Whoever is answering their phones needs to be fired or receive some training on customer service. The second the phone was answered, they had an extremely rude tone. It was clear that she was annoyed for calling. Any question I asked was followed by an attitude. When I asked why the dog park was not part of the fees paid to the HOA, the answer I was given was that is not the way it was set up. Obviously. A very unpleasant experience all around. God forbid I have a question.

Sorry to say they are not the greatest. If you are day late they are threatening to call their attorneys and make you pay double you're HOA. They make millions and we hardly see any benefits.

My friend lived here until recently. It's pretty and the lake and grounds are nice places to walk. I've been to several events at the clubhouse. They do a good job. I wonder if they updated that little bar/patio area on the ground floor near the pro shop? It needed it. Nice neighborhood and everyone keeps their yards and houses on point.

Sad that a community this size is lacking amenities that really benefit its residents. No meeting hall for parties, dances, groups ect. A covered picnic table in this Florida heat doesn’t cut it. A ball field, soccer/ polo field that is never used. What a waste of valuable land! Looks like golf will never be here again due to the inability to come to an agreement! Now someone wants to throw condos and shopping in here that will not be supported by this community! Where is the leadership that we so desperately need in WL? They do absolutely nothing, but they did put a lien on my house because of an unpaid $50 maintenance fee that I didn’t know about, I’m not sure what maintenance they even did. Got served papers today and now I owe around $1000 to get the lien off my home.

What a paradise compared to my last rental area. Gated, a beautiful lake, and lots of trails.
