In summary

Diamond Hill Golf Club is appreciated for its friendly and helpful staff, well-maintained course, and challenging layout that appeals to both high and low handicappers. The club has invested in new amenities like GPS-equipped carts, enhancing the overall experience. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about the condition of certain greens, occasional slow pace of play, and issues with pro shop staff professionalism.

Read many reviews before coming here to play my first time. The staff was very nice but for prime season the course is not in great condition. The lack of rain could be a contributing factor but for $80 I would’ve expected much better; at least in comparison to surrounding courses. Greens were fast, but being dry and cut short, that’s fairly simple to accomplish. I would come back but unfortunately not at the current price point.

Well, bless it be. I just have to say how much I appreciated the sweet young man, Micah, working the cart barn during my visit. From the moment we arrived, he was so polite, respectful, and well-mannered—the kind of Southern hospitality that truly makes a place special. He went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of, always with a smile and “yes ma’am,” and it honestly made my experience feel extra welcoming. It’s rare to see such genuine kindness and work ethic these days, especially from someone so young. He is a true reflection of the values this golf course stands for, an…

Diamond Hill Golf Club has really turned around with the new owners and staff. The course is in great shape and offers excellent value for the price. The training facilities are also a nice touch, making it a solid choice for golfers in the area.

Wow $120 for nine holes two people the entire time was being surrounded assaulted by 2 to 3 lawn mowing pieces of equipment some of them were mowing at the edge of the green while players were putting. At the eighth hole we couldn’t even finish because the supervisor looked up at us 10 feet away and told his fertilizer machine operator to start spraying in 20 mile an hour winds and we were covered with whatever chemical they were spraying and had to skip the hole unbelievable I actually did mention something to the young lady at the desk and she didn’t seem to be too concerned about it. The go…

Great day on the course. Conditions were good and pace of play was great. Customer service from check in to 19th hole drinks was awesome. Will always return to Diamond Hill until pace of play is fixed at other local courses. No need for 6 hour rounds with the rates that are being charged these days.

Last weekend was my 1st time playing here and I will definitely be back again. The course staff was great and the beverage cart was available numerous times during our round. This is a decent course for higher handicappers but can also be a challenge from the back tees if you're good enough to accept the challenge. The layout is a lot more hilly than your typical Florida golf course which I really liked the most. The course could use a little better maintenance in some areas and the greens were just ok. Hopefully they can make them better but as long as the price doesn't skyrocket like everyth…

Great course but Angelo in the golf shop is a disgrace to the sport and this golf club. I called 6 days prior to our tee time (12/26/25) and spoke with Elijah about how we would have a spectator (my disabled dad) and would need an extra cart. He said, "no worries at all, thank you for calling" and ensured me that they would have an extra cart for our group. Upon arrival, I spoke with a short man by the name of Angelo and told him that there was 5 of us and we would need an extra cart and it was approved by Elijah. He immediately was rude, hostile, and dismissive, saying he didnt have enough c…

Played golf here a few times now and you can definitely tell they are putting money into the course. All carts are brand new with built in GPS which definitely saves you from having to pull out your range finder every shot. Staff is always friendly and seem to enjoy working there. If it’s been a while since you have been I definitely would suggest you checking it back out.

Not a bad golf ⛳ course for condition but I don't like how the holes can run together. A couple of the greens were in pretty bad shape but the course was fun to play in a tournament environment.

Taking a week from work for a "staycation", and day one had to be a round of golf, right? Booked our tee time for 3 online with no technical issues. Arrived early to get some warm up time in and get the lay of the land since it is our first time. Have to say the staff is very friendly and helpful. Starter did a great job of pacing the groups, even though it wasn't extremely busy for a Friday morning. Pace of play was perfect on the front nine. Back nine, we did get a little stacked up from a slow playing group 2-3 ahead of us, but where is there a place that this never happens? Huge prop…

Course In good shape but always the same 2 issues , always seem to be behind on the tee sheet, u never start on time unless they are slow, secondly the pro shop needs nicer peeps. I haven’t dealt w it but I’ve seen them be rude to others and talk down to people . I’ve seen it a few different times and it’s in others reviews so maybe talk about it diamond hill. Anyways I’ll still be back .food is good and the bartenders are always great.

The course is fantastic however I gave my rating because of the pro shop staff. Someone has to start holding these golf courses more accountable for who is behind the counter. We played in an outing with people from some of the most prestigious golf resorts in Florida, which you knew about. Yet, we still received borderline TERRIBLE service from your the pro shop staff. Seemed very disorganized for the price we paid. I would call people out by name because I’m that tired of grumpy golf shop attendants but no one was wearing a name tag.
