In summary

Vista Golf Course receives praise for its friendly staff, event space, and overall improvements in recent years, with some visitors noting the course is fun and easy to walk. However, there are mixed reviews regarding the course's maintenance, with several mentioning issues like unkempt fairways, poor greens, and outdated golf carts. While the course has seen enhancements, some feel it still requires further attention to match its pricing with the quality offered.

The course was in great shape. I didn't score well but had a great time. Can't wait to do it again. As a bonus I got to meet an ex-Buckeye football player. A super nice gentleman.

Greens were not to bad even though some had crab grass and fungus. Tee boxes not maintained no bunkers all taken out Couldn't tell difference between fairway and rough, golf carts from the 1980s with duck tape on seats lot of clover so looks like they don't spray. Can't see them having a greenskeeper looks like they just mow it. Bag of chips 3 bucks really?

I photographed a wedding at Vista Golf Course a few weeks ago and I was really impressed with the space for events/weddings! The layout is gorgeous and the greenhouse was really impressive for reception photos! The space allows so much natural light which is beautiful for images. If you're a couple considering this for your wedding venue, I highly recommend!

Decided to try a different/new course yesterday, read Google reviews and opted for Vista because of the rating. Did I miss something that everyone else seen? This course is far from lightyears ahead (another user's words). The fairways are somewhere between mediocre and missing in some places, the greens are hard like concrete and the bunkers are like hitting the cart path.(I walked through one and left no shoe prints). Normally I take lots of pictures to showcase the owners course but felt no urge on this one. I get that it's September and lack of rain comes into play but as flat as this cour…

Been playing here for years. Course has seen better days. They are making improvements, and the course is in better shape than it had been in recent years. Hopefully, that trend continues.

One of the worst golf courses around the area. The tee boxes are like concrete, fairways unkept, and worst of all greens that are black and brown. The look like an alien landscape. I have yried to go there three times this year hoping they would actually care about the course and fix it. I have been mistaken all theee times. I will never again tee off on this sorry excuse for a course. The owners should be ashamed to charge 40 dollars to use it. My foursome played three holes and left after they refused to refund us. They never onceentioned the shape of the course or that the greens were in su…

When you can’t tell the difference between the rough and the fairway that’s a problem. Hit drives down the middle and the grass was so tall and filled with weeds you couldn’t find your ball. The greens also looked like a meteorite fell and took out chunks. 37 dollars to play 18 holes and lose 30 golf balls while your at it is not worth it.

Very fun course. Very flat so it's an easy course to walk and there aren't a lot of uneven lies. Not the most challenging course around, but the par fours are mostly close to 400 yards or more. The greens are great for confidence boosting - not a lot of break on most and pretty well maintained. All four par three's are nice holes.
