In summary

Village Greens Golf Course is frequently praised for its affordability, friendly staff, and suitability for beginners and those looking to practice their short game. The course features a covered driving range and separate practice greens, and recent improvements to the greens have been noted. However, some visitors have experienced issues with staff interactions and course conditions, such as rough fairways and bumpy greens. Despite these concerns, the overall experience is considered enjoyable and offers good value for money.

Incredible value on a smaller but challenging course. I’ve had a ball playing this course on a monthly pass that is the best golf bargain I’ve ever seen. And it has a covered driving range, plus separate practice greens for putting and chipping. And man, do I need all that! Friendly staff too. And I’ve seen the grounds crew out there working every day. I’m able to play as much golf as I want, and without having to take out a second mortgage to finance it. Amazing. (BTW - I see reviews mentioning good practice for irons, which is true, but I don’t hit irons 289 yards for example, so I find it’s…

This is a nice 18 hole community Golf course for a par 3 course. Low budget course so not much watering but plenty of shade. For two people with Military discount it was $20 dollars for nine holes. On average we take about 1 and half hours for 9 holes. Great staff, has small Pro shop, driving range, putting green, and a chipping Green. Enjoy a nice afternoon on a not so crowded course.

I really enjoy coming here! It’s cheap to play there. It’s great for beginners. The staff is awesome. The greens can be tricky but it keeps you on your toes. I’ve been told that this place is great for irons training. I’ve been to some different golf course but I really like this one. It’s no Chambers Bay but I can say that this place is hassle free.

I think the course is amazing and its such a good price if your looking for a not so serious & fun round of golf, i've been golfing here for years and every time its a blast. been close to getting a monthly or yearly membership cause the prices are great especially if you’re going weekly/bi-weekly. the up front staff is truly filled with the most wonderful and delightful people to interact with except for sue. every single time i’ve had to talk to sue for scheduling a tee time, paying for my round, etc it is always an absolute drag. from the snarky comments to just being flat out disrespectful…

We usually love to play this course. There is no pressure if you are learning and are a little slower to get the ball where it needs to go. Until today. We showed up about ten minutes before our tee time and were waiting for our fourth. We checked in. There was no one in front of us or behind us. We stood at the first tee and did a few practice shots while we were waiting. A couple minutes before our tee time the old guy from the office came out and cussed us out about how long we were taking. We explained that we were waiting for our last member and our tee time was just starting. He said he…

It’s a great course to work on approach and pitching but i didn’t appreciate the guy working at the pro shop. Had some attitude about me showing up one minute late but little did buddy know that I got in a fender bender on the way to the course. But after that it was just a busy day out there for some golf.

It's close to our home and the staff have been very friendly. We like their driving range because it's covered.

We played Village Greens July 3rd 2025. First I want to say the booking and check in was a very good experience… nice folks! The Yamaha gas carts are a little rough and dirty. We had to change out our first one because of a loose starter belt. The second one would suddenly lurch when accelerating threatening whiplash. Overall the course (in July) appears to be under watered, and the rough is dry hard pan with small stones and short dried brown grass. I refuse to hit off a surface that would ruin my club. We found the course a little confusing. Even though the score card had a little map, a cou…

Went to try the driving range with the family (of 4); a large bucket of balls was enough for everyone in our little group to take a productive number of practice swings. There were 10 to 12 driving stalls (I didn't count). The staff and other visitors were kind and enjoyable to interact with. I would visit again.

Fun little course. Can play 18 holes in about 3 1/2 hours. The new operators are starting to upgrade the facility. The fairways are a bit rough but it looks like they're starting to redo the irrigation system. Some of the greens are tiny...accuracy counts. You can't beat the price, though. Under $20 for a round! Played it today, 2/11/22, fairways nice and green, the greens are as slow as usual. Great day for golf!

Excellent Par 3/4 golf course. 9 or 18 hole play. Well-maintained course with (cuurrently 08-15) well-irrigated, very soft and slow greens. Decent, challenging hole design with long, flat, heavily tree-lined fairways. Some neatly challenging pedestal and two-tiered greens. Adequately playable with a long iron, pitching wedge, and putter. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Go Tee Off!
