Golfed here and have to say this course needs work. Many of the fairways are not smooth with major grass problems. Even for a country course this situation is bad. The sand traps are not maintained, they have grass, weeds and overgrowth that has completely taken them over. There was even a rotted and broken rakes in one of the traps. The ladies tees were the worst tee boxes i have ever seen. Alot of work needs to be done here, but alot of potential.

Played last week with my son and found the course to be as delightful as ever. Fairways and greens were in fine shape, and the staff was friendly. We’ve driven 40 minutes from Columbus to play on this course for the past three years and have never regretted the drive.

Can't beat the quality of the course for the money. Paid only 20 dollars for 18 holes and a cart on a weekend! Best deal around hands down. The greens were incredibly difficult and well maintained. Long story short I found my new "go to" course for the weekends and would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone who enjoys the sport or is just looking to get outside for awhile.

The course is in very poor shape. I have played courses with nicer roughs than the fairways on this course. The dirt bunkers was also a nice touch. To top it off my father couldn't play a full 18 so we needed separate carts and they charged me 10$ extra for that. Save your money don't play this dog track!

After hearing about how nice this course was supposed to be I must say I was very disappointed. Fairways were horrible, greens weren't mowed. Grass around tees and greens were covered by weeks old grass clipping clumps. Not a place I would recommend. Any time I call to try and play I am always told "we have a senior scramble going out". Every day??????? I call and ask for a Monday, nope. How about Thursday? Nope. Friday? Nope. Makes no sense.

Course is a lot fun. Staff extremely friendly. Clubhouse ok, not fancy. Cost for 18 w/cart over $30. Carts are always filthy dirty & in deplorable shape. I believe they will be getting new carts this August. That will be a major improvement. Give them a try please.

This year it has been terrible, I like the course but I’m so disappointed at the way it’s been this year. 6in tall dandelion steams every where. Even on the tee boxes. Don’t hit the ball off the fairway, even 2 inches off and it’s 10” deep grass. You can watch your ball all the way until it stops and still not find it. All the sand traps are a joke. Only thing that’s decent is the greens.

This course really went downhill since I 1st began golfing here years ago. I understand it's a cheap course which is why I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1. Some of the tee boxes don't even have grass on them. One you could barely put a tee in the ground. One of the signature holes where your drive up the hill to tee off through an opening was shut down with no signs of being fixed. I was really disappointed with the overall condition of the course but I do understand that it's a cheap course $32 for 18 and a cart after taxes. I guess you get what you pay for but hey, if you are new to the ga…

Not sure where to begin. So I’ll keep it short and sweet, hands down the worst course I’ve ever played! It has so much potential but comes with severe disappointment! After playing the front nine which was in absolute horrible conditions I asked for a potential refund for the back nine. I was told no, they don’t do that. Which is understandable I guess. I will never play this course again.

Wasted 23 dollars on this course, we drove up from Marietta Ohio to play this course and another one, this course needs alot of work, sandtraps have no sand but plenty of grass and weeds, not impressed at all. Won't return.

Course was in terrible condition. Most grass around greens was crabgrass. Terrible cart paths. Large bare patches on greens. Sandtraps completely in disrepair. Clubhouse is essentially a double wide trailer.

Shayne keeps the course in great condition and very helpful with our company outing and we have just moved our league here for the excellent service and pricing. They even keep the bar open just for us on league night.
