The Quarry Golf Club

Dj'd a holiday party here last week. Very beautiful place. The staff was wonderful. Met one of the owners and he was very hospitable and friendly. I highly recommend this place for your next event.

Great course in central stark county. Course has lots of elevation changes and beautiful views. Tees, fairways, and greens all in great shape. Many different tees for different levels. Mostly generous driving with most protection coming around the greens. Greens very large and undulating. Totally recommend this place for all handicap levels.

Well…. For those that think the Quarry is in bad shape, they are completely wrong. The have hired the original superintendent back and they are working hard to make the course great! There are lots of drainage improvements in progress. The rains that have hit this area yesterday and the day before made it wet in a a few spots that they were already working on. The greens were soft from the recent rain and slow from not being cut today, because the equipment would tear up the greens. They are starting to work on some of the greens now. I’d give the course a 8 out 10 today with the current cond…

The course is pretty good. Loved the track overall. 16 & 17 needs some redesign for sure. Hitting a ball and not being able to see it land is not what the game is about. A bit too goofy compared to the other holes. The value is good and the staff did a great job. The food was worth coming even if you are not golfing.

I forgot how beautiful this course is, with its elevation changes and its challenging holes. Every hole is unique and the greens have good undulations that run true. I love the finishing hole around the water, with people watching from the clubhouse patio. If you’re a decent or better golfer, this is a great course for you. It’s a little over an hour drive for me, but I will definitely play it a few times a year.

Nice course with beautiful vistas, challenging greens and fairways. Pretty pleased on the overall. Carts had GPS built in and the facilities were awesome. Can't wait to come back!

Course was in great shape for not having rain for a month. Driving range is meh, don’t waste the $5. Carts have gps and display other groups carts on the holes with blind tee shots. Oasis has good deals on drinks and food.

Wonderful course, 1st time visiting. I will say the cart attendant when we got there this morning was amazing. Took bag from car and placed on cart for us and was very helpful. Unfortunately after 18 holes it was no longer the same nice gentleman when we finished 2 young kids saw our group coming in and hid in the cart shack. You can not take the carts to your car here so we had to carry our clubs back to our cars through the rather large parking lot after a long hot round of 18 holes. Sad the work ethic of some compared to others. Otherwise would have given this place 5 stars.

One of the most beautiful golf courses around. Not only a beautiful place to golf but the staff is top-notch. Don't miss out on the opportunity to pick this location for your next outing, wedding, or event. You won't be disappointed.

It saddens me to write this review. Great layout is the only thing keeping this place from one star. I play a lot of courses in the area, and sadly this is in the bottom 5% due to its condition. Greens burned out, fairways full of weeds and burned out grass. This once beautiful course has been reduced to borderline dog track conditions. Our group will not be back until things drastically change. Save your money and stay away.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! They have FABULOUS outdoor seating and a bar that overlooks part of the golf course! Our waitress was so friendly and checked up on us regularly (I think her name was Kaylee). It just so happened to be taco night, so I ordered a chicken quesadilla, margarita, and peach sangria. Everything was delicious!

A challenging yet beautiful course. We have hosted our event here for 3 years running and just booked for year 4! Dough and his staff do a wonderful job!
