In summary

The Pinery Country Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained and challenging golf course, friendly and accommodating staff, and a variety of amenities including pools and tennis courts. However, some members and guests have expressed concerns about inconsistent food and beverage quality, difficulties with booking tee times, and service issues during events and at the pool area. While many enjoy the overall atmosphere and facilities, there are noted areas for improvement in service consistency and event management.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough great things about The Pinery Country Club. I have a Summit membership with my home club at Pradera, but when I had a couple of clients coming into town, Pradera showed no interest in helping me get a tee time. I decided to check with The Pinery, and the difference was night and day. The Pinery was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to get me and my clients on the course last minute. Austin, in particular, was outstanding, professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. His customer service made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. If yo…

First, and the biggest reason, is golf. We have paid the extra money for the “summit” membership, and it seems useless. It’s nearly impossible to get a tee time at Pradera before 3pm. I can play alone with another group in some cases, but if I want to book for 2 people, its 3 or later. Its 100% impossible to get a foursome there. I have played there zero times this year. In regard to Pinery and Pradera, you all advertise 45 holes of golf. You can take the 18 off for Pradera, and you only get one or the other at Pinery (mountain or Lake/Valley). In some cases, you can book a mountain and Lake,…

Love the country club pool. I just wish they would open up the adult pool for access whenever the gym is open - it could be a great place to exercise between 8am and 10am before usual opening hours!

The course itself is beautiful. Facilities are beautiful. However, I dont think special events is their thing. I attended an event in the White tent here recently. The food was terrible. Our group was supposed to be provided with glass plates and dishes but instead we had flimsy paper plates and plastic forks for a bbq dinner that was burnt and tough. The bathrooms and bar were a short walk up the hill in the main restaurant, but our group had many older ladies in high heels. It was not ideal. Eventually a small bar cart was brought to the tent but it was so dark outside by that time, people c…

I love it here. Their leadership has taken steps through the pandemic to make positive changes like replacing plastic with paper straws, a new menu with locally sourced ingredients and so forth. Their efforts to reconfigure for social distancing have worked well, and even before they could reopen the clubhouse, set up a great take-out food service. Good stuff.

Extremely unhappy with bartender. Had a nice evening out with my wife and everything was great. Bartender served as our waitress, she was professional until the bill came and expected a greater tip above the standard rate already charged. There is more concerning this matter but I'll leave it at that. We enjoyed our dinner, the night manager was excellent.

DO NOT book the indoor hall for your wedding! We tried to have a simple and intimate ceremony given the pandemic and were treated horribly by all of the staff the day of the event. Nobody was informed as to the rules of having a wedding during the pandemic except Chantal. She was helpful but largely absent during the process and on the day of. We understood there would be simple accommodations given the importance of our event, no house music to be played, no obstructive noise from guests next to us, and a single plate, fork and knife set to cut our cake (which we did specifically request). NO…

i love the gym and the people in the gym are nice unfortunately whoever locks up the place is a jerk i came a few mins after it closed and instead of telling me nicely that it was closed he had to be rude about it and angry i didn't know it was closed

Went for lunch. Service is great, a little on the slower side but that’s not always a bad thing. It gave us all time to catch up with one another. The food was great. We ordered burgers, a club sandwich, and pizza. Highly recommend!

Went golfing at the Pinery yesterday as a guest. This is a very comfortble place with a terrific golf course. Eric, the guy behind the bar, was wonderful. The waitress and the rest of the staff were very attentive and made very good recommendations off the menu. I hope to be invited here again.
