would not recommend renting here based on my experience. My mother and I completed a lease takeover and were told that because it was a lease takeover, we were required to accept the apartment “as is.” However, no one should be expected to move into a unit in the condition we found ours. When we arrived, the apartment had a strong odor of animal urine and feces, food was still left in the refrigerator, and items that management had previously stated would be removed were still in the unit. The apartment was not clean, sanitary, or move-in ready. What was most concerning was that I specifical…

Beautiful little golf course. Very well kept and has some challenging holes that can really help improve your game. This has become my go to spot the last 6 months and I'm proud to be a regular here. Well done guys!! Keep up the great work you all are doing to make this course great again and thank you for all you guys do!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This apartment complex is completely uninhabitable and unsafe. Management has shown time and time again that they are either unwilling or unable to protect their tenants or respond appropriately to serious concerns. I’ve had multiple experiences where I felt unsafe in my own home due to disturbing behavior from neighbors, several of which required police involvement. Despite this, nothing has been done to prevent non-leaseholders from continuing to live here or creating dangerous, disruptive environments for others. Management has offered no real solutions…

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Not only did living here ruin my rental history but one of their employees somehow got ahold of my info and was threatening me. They fired him but chose not to help me in any way. They never keep up to date on these apartments and if you put in maintenance requests they ignore them for months. Also, the head of maintenance is married to the manager and they both like to bully and tell people they are liars when they call and tell them about broken things in their home. The staff in the office never knows how to help with anything over the phone and c…

I absolutely loved my experience living at the Links. I signed a 12 month lease but had to leave after 9 months due to a job change. The best feature is the price, as I paid less than $600/month for a one-bedroom apartment. Another great perk is the ability to golf any time for free, as well as the use of the pool and gym. The staff and leasing agents are great. I've spoke with several of the leasing agents/office clerks and they've all been very nice and helpful every time. I put in a maintenance request once for a small leak with my washer, and when I came back from work the next day they ha…

DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE. I moved in April 22 and HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. The first major issues I had was my downstairs neighbors. They were harassing me, calling the security guy and they egged my car because I was " too loud". I was a single female, no animals and I also worked in another county that was over an hour away so I was hardly ever home. I slept there maybe three times a week TOPS. Management did NOTHING about it. Even with cameras they did nothing. Maintenance came into my room without me knowing and left trash in it. Management again did nothing. I moved out June 22 due to…

Lived in apartment for four years never bother anyone are caused any problems never missed a rent payment, when we wanted to stay an extra month because our townhouse wasn't ready they charged us an additional 150,00 to sign a short time lease. During the move we lost the key to the mail box the lead manager was rude and very disrespectful. They do have a few assistant manager that will help you and are very pleasant to work with. The mold is bad really bad on the window seals and on the balcony. We did meet some great neighbors that we will always have as friends and that was the best thing a…

THE WORST DIRTIEST APARTMENT EVER with RUDEST MANAGER and STAFFS. They are scam. They deduct half of the deposit even if no damage, to repaint and clean their originally stinky dirty apartments after you leave. The rudest most irresponsible and most reluctant to help, staffs in the office. The manager hangs up the phone on your face when you tell her about the apartment issues. SO RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The apartment looked like trash and very smelly when you receive it and they never even apologize or try to clean or help or take care of any of your concerns during your stay.

If I could leave negative starts I would. The places look nice but SO much crime. My apartment was broken into when I wasn’t home and someone took everything I had of value and sentiment. The Links did nothing to cooperate with police or me to figure it out. They also attempted to evict me after I had already left, we had to go to court over everything and they still haven’t let up the charges that should’ve been dismissed in court so now it’s affected my credit! DONT LIVE HERE. Photos are of the person taking stuff from my house

We have loved living at The Links. My husband and I have lived here for almost two years, and have no complaints. We are not college students. We are young professionals and are impressed with how quiet it has been at the Links. I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about. The Links management and staff have always been friendly and accommodating. If there has ever been a problem, they have resolved it quickly and efficiently. If there was a maintenance request, it was taken care of in no time at all. I think the longest we waited on a maintenance request was 1-2 days. If the req…

I lived at the links for 3 years and enjoyed my time there. The apartment was nice and cozy and reasonably priced for Columbia. I never had an issue living here and I appreciate that maintenance requests were taken care of very quickly. The apartment was quiet. If I didn't have to move for work I would have stayed!

Do not, and I repeat, do not take this option for your lease. At the end, after I had cleaned every corner of my apt, vacuumed, washed bathtubs, counter tops, refrigerator, microwave, etc, and in my opinion, made the apt as good or better to live in, than the day I moved in, I received a bill in the mail for over $4000. They randomly added $1800.00 To my bill for miscellaneous items, (not broken down) $1100.00 for repairs (not broken down) They charged me for shampooing the carpet, painting the walls, etc. Keep in mind that I am a very clean person with no pets. I never once walked through…
