In summary

Springdale Golf Club is appreciated for its affordability and friendly staff, making it an appealing choice for casual golfers looking for a relaxed atmosphere. The course layout is generally well-received, though some visitors note that the greens and fairways could benefit from more maintenance. There have been occasional complaints about inconsistent policies and customer service experiences, which may detract from the overall experience for some.

Course slope about 115, small greens protect the course, but the course is mostly wide open so not too much trouble, great people

We have not been impressed with our experiences with this golf course at all. Twice in the same week we planned to golf and were told, when we called, that we had until 6pm to begin golfing. Both times we showed up around 5pm and were turned away because they weren’t allowing anyone else to start golfing. I complained to the owner and he gave us each a ticket for a free 18 holes on another date, we just had to pay for the cart. When we got there this morning to use the tickets given to us, we were told that for 2 of us to be in a cart, it would cost $28. That’s more than a round of 18 holes co…

How do you rate this? If your looking for a great course, heck no. However if your looking for a cheap, low key place to go with some buddies and relax, or learn to golf, it's perfect. 25$ for 18 holes and a cart, and the course is actually pretty enjoyable, albeit the conditions usually arent great. They do have some weird carding policies if your wanting to buy alcohol, doesnt matter what your age is at all, your license must be sideways, which makes zero sense.

Disappointing. I've always loved Franko's old place but an upgrade was due. But a poor choice in location for this new place. From the bays, the field goes uphill and you can't see past the 100yrd marker. Short and mid irons give you no feedback because you can't see where/how they land. Long shots are visible as the back field rises from about 200+ but this is still the only show in town. I want the old place back.

Course is improving. Greens are under repair in bad spots. Beer is nice and cold. The dead trees are being removed, grass is cut looking good.

Greens are terrible, fairways are more like the rough, tried plating 9 with a cart after work (5:30) and told me I could walk it but they wasnt getting any carts out.
