In summary

Seven Lakes Golf Club is praised for its well-maintained golf course, friendly community, and extensive amenities, including pools and tennis courts, making it an attractive place for active seniors. Many appreciate the recent renovations and the vibrant social atmosphere. However, some residents express concerns over high and increasing fees, management issues, and the enforcement of community rules, which they feel detracts from the overall experience.

Nice and quiet place to live. Lots to do if you want to stay active and peaceful for those of us who like the home life. Safe and secure place to live and the people are friendly.

My dad lives here and he absolutely loves it. It’s super fun to come and visit. The golf course is nice and very well maintained. Each building is also very well maintained. There are several pools and lots of activities for the seniors to do. They all seem very happy here.

It’s a safe environment, however, association is always assigning new assessments to the already high HOA fees. And golfers follow no rules and are constantly hitting villas with golf balls and driving their golf carts through yards and right up to people’s patios. The association does nothing to enforce rules. And even activities cost extra money now. This place constantly raises fees yet few improvements are ever made. Seems like the board of directors are treating themselves to high salaries instead of funneling all of the dues paid by residents into improvements and free activities.

This executive golf course went through a total rebuild last summer. The result is amazing! The course is very well kept! This community has a multitude of amenities, and they are currently expanding their tennis courts to include a central patio with seating and BBQ.

Fantastic place to live!! The 2020 renovations to the golf course are great. New cart paths, new greens and fairways. It may only be an executive course, but it is as challenging as any regulation size, 72-par course I've ever played. And now, they're renovating the tennis courts! Seven Lakes residents are very friendly and welcoming, don't want to leave and can't wait to get back.

Great course, friendly staff, recently redone, cost for visiting guests only $60. Residents play free and most have their own carts. Not an easy course to score and greens are quick with gentle ongulations.

My family member owns here and the association management is very poor. The new Golf pro -"Troy," is extremely rude and disrespectful to elders and needs to be let go. In years past, golf pros were there to serve its members not treat them poorly. In addition, its 55 and over community , and the management decided to streamline the system for signing up for tournaments. Most members barely know how to use a cell phone, now they have to go online for everything, who does this benefit? The pro not the members. The general manager, Henry, made an appointment to discuss and did not show up to the…

It’s a private course, bundled with ownership. Best deal in SW Florida, by far. Course needs some work, to update and replace some aging infrastructure. However even with that, you can’t touch the quality of the experience of playing golf, tennis, other amenities, and living here, even if it cost 40% more than it does!

Service was great, food was quite bland, house salad lettuce was light yellow instead of green. Soup was good but a little salty for our taste. We will give it another try for comparison.

The renovation of the golf course is amazing! This will be the best course in Lee County! Looking forward to opening in November.
