Ruxer Golf Course

Amazing course with some tricky tee shots that will have you pulling less than driver. Scenic views on so many holes, with nice elevation changes that proved challenging but fair. All of the staff I interacted with were so friendly and welcoming, and I got grouped with some amazing people as a single player. Will be back the next time I'm in the area!

Beautiful course. Such a gem here in southern Indiana. Staff was super friendly which really made our experience. Scott especially was great with our big group helping us feel welcome and enjoy our round. Would recommend this course to anyone, locals or out of town

This course is extremely fun to play and well-maintained. Every hole is unique, with wide fairways but challenging changes in elevation. The greens are smooth and fast, but fair. Clubhouse is new, with great food and convenient technology from the carts to the live feed of hole 18!

I literally can not say enough good things about the is course and its staff. If this is your first time visiting Sultans Run please make sure you follow the signs upon arrival for bag drop. Their team will meet you kindly and take care of everything for you. The club house is top notch along with their service. Don't hesitate to try anything from the grill!!! Love this place and cant wait to go back!

Moved back to Jasper in 2023. Took up golf a few weeks ago. Decided to see what Sultans Run had to offer, as I had heard the ownership team invested in renovations to the clubhouse and other improvements. Pulling up to the course, it felt private with top notch, premium service starting right at the bag drop. Every staff member was smiling, helpful, and seemed truly happy to see clients. By far the best golf course in the area. It has a calm, friendly environment and it is a beautiful golf course. Every staff member I met, from the bartender to the pro shop attendant, were all helpful and pleasant to deal with.

May 2024 had another chance to play here so my second time, again, what a great golf course, pro shop well stocked and friendly staff throughout this facility, greens were perfect, bunkers also were in perfect condition, rough was hit and miss but we've had so much rain recently... Even after a morning rainstorm this course was amazing. Hospitality was amazing! We drove down from N. Mn to get some rounds of golf in before team season for spring break. This course was the favorite for my two kids. If you’re in the area golf it! The signature hole is awe inspiring.

I have never been to a golf course that everything was excellent and the actual course was in immaculate shape. I drove from Pensacola FL just to play this course . The course was well maintained and incredibly challenging. The staff was super friendly. Too many golf courses have staffs that give off way too much attitude; the staff at Sultans Run was incredible. From the club house to the ranger to the cart girls, they were all awesome. Did I mention the course was in great shape and a definite challenge.

Highly recommend this course if you are visiting French Lick. Pete Dye is obviously the standout course in the area, but Sultan’s Run is a clear second. Each hole is unique picturesque. Uses their shuttle services across several days of our trip and they were fantastic. Always on time, knowledgeable and great service.

Just an amazing experience. From the bag drop to the uniqueness of every hole, this course and staff will provide a folding experience second to none. Great value. I’ve played much more expensive golf courses that are not as nice. Very well manicured and thought through with the golfer in mind. Again, staff is top-notch.
