My wife and I stayed for a couple of nights over Memorial Day weekend, and to say we were impressed would be an understatement. From the moment we pulled up until the moment we left, every employee we encountered was kind, professional, and welcoming. Our room was spotless and much larger than we expected, especially the bathroom. It also happened to be my birthday during our stay, and my wife had called ahead. The hotel surprised us with a cake waiting in the room, which was such a thoughtful touch. We were also celebrating our anniversary, and they had chocolate-covered strawberries waiting…

We had a wonderful experience at French Lick Resort! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our visit even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Michael, the night shift manager—he truly went above and beyond for us. We realized we needed swimsuits later in the evening, and he made sure we were able to get what we needed. Because of his help, we didn’t miss out on enjoying the pool that night. It’s rare to come across someone so willing to go the extra mile, and Michael made a lasting impression on our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Recently stayed at the Hotel and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We decided to go to Pluto's to see the bowling alley and the arcade. We didnt even know there was a bar in Pluto's as the resort doesn't advertise it like their other bars and resturants which we found strange. The Bartender I believe her name was Tee or started with a T and she was super friendly. My wife and I both had a great conversation with her while we waited for our pizza. The pizza was tasty but the arcade had a few games eat our money but the staff in the pizza place helped us and we kind.

Absolutely beautiful historic hotel. Gorgeous lobby. Great for all ages with sit down dining, easy walk to the casino, arcade/bowling alley in house, and buffet or pizza casual food options. Starbucks coffee served on site. Great pool. Beautiful at Christmas time.

We 8 brunch at The Colonnade Restaurant. Everything was delicious. The young ladies at the hostess stand were sweet and courteous. After breakfast we visited the lobby for a couple of hours. We were working in the area and wanted to enjoy the beautiful hotel. The decorations were beautiful as always.

We stayed at French Lick Springs Hotel in January 2026 while attending an RV parts distributor convention, and overall it was a great experience. We arrived just after the Christmas holidays, and the seasonal decorations were still up—absolutely beautiful. They clearly put a lot of effort into decorating, and it really adds to the atmosphere of the historic property. The hotel itself is very clean, well maintained, and reasonably priced for the quality and experience. Service throughout our stay was excellent. There are multiple on-site dining options, comfortable places to relax, a nice fit…

We recently stayed here for Valentine’s Day and booked a $500 package that included our room, $200 in dining credits, and truffles that were supposed to be in the room upon arrival. First time at this resort and I was really excited about the visit! The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, we were given our keys with little to no explanation about the resort amenities, how the dining credits worked, or where to go for anything. The truffles that were included in our package were not in the room when we arrived, which was disappointing. One of the big…

This place has been really good people who work here they have a really nice transportation system and security staff too. My room was really nice and clean. Most of all the service area was awesome so I gave them a 10 out of 10 on everything so I guess the only thing they need to work on is try to get more parking.

This hotel is fine, but the 3 star rating is because of the cost per night for what you get. The rooms are spacious, but the sheets and comforter were very thin and not very comfortable. The lamp in our room did not work. There was room furniture just stacked along the walls in the hallways. I expected more for the price. The exterior of the hotel and the common areas are very well kept.
