In summary

Red Sky Ranch and Golf Club is widely praised for its stunning mountain setting, well-maintained courses, and exceptional service. The Fazio and Norman courses offer challenging layouts with breathtaking views, making them a favorite among golf enthusiasts. While most visitors commend the overall experience, some have noted inconsistencies with the greens and the high cost of play as potential drawbacks.

Very nice golf courses in the beautiful Colorado mountains. Staff and service is as good as it gets anywhere. Greg Norman course is visually an absolut stunner. Fazio course for me was the more fun design. But both coures are nice. Courses are not crowded at all. Only thing that is not perfect is the Greens. Fast, lots of break - ok - but very unpredictable and inconsistent at times.

It was an absolute pleasure to be able to play both the Norman and Fazio courses at Red Sky. Specifically booked somewhere with Vail for the opportunity. Both courses offer immaculate manicured courses with views of the valley. Norman was a bit more open and forgiving, the Fazio was a little bit more tighter and challenging. Wonderful experience and can’t wait to go back and do it all again.

This course is out of this world. The views you get from most holes are one of a kind. Weather was absolutely perfect for golf (60 degrees and not a cloud in the sky). Played both courses ( Norman and Fazio). Both were very well maintain and flawless. If you are a golf enthusiast I highly recommend playing both courses

Had a fantastic experience playing here, the staff is very helpful and the views are hard to beat. I preferred the views from the Norman course but both are fantastic. Greens are fast and can be tricky (must account for "down valley" and "down mountain" as I learned)

Wonderful Saturday round at the Fazio course at red sky. The conditions were fantastic, several memorable holes, and unreal views throughout the day. Additionally the entire staff is friendly and helpful - shoutout to Jeff the starter in particular :) Will come back any time I'm in the area again.

Got to play the Norman design as a guest. Everything was great. The site was beautiful, the conditioning was excellent, and the round was so much fun. Lots of well designed holes and the variety of shots required to play was excellent.

Course was in great shape, service at check in was top notch however the food service was awful. Nobody on course with food and drinks, only able to get concessions at the turn. The menu at the turn is very limited and the food itself was really bad. Chicken tenders were rubbery, hotdog was burnt. Service at the turn was about as bad as the food, needed to prompt them to get our food that we had ordered and take our payment. I would expect more from a course that charges $315/round.

Been up here several times and it is awesome. Each time I appreciate it more. Course is in fabulous condition. Both courses are really interesting and challenging in their own right. Fazio is lower and a little tighter. Norman is higher up the hill and more open overall. Both courses are the real deal. Not a beginners venue for sure, but they are both a very fun experience. This is the type of course that could easily be used for a pro event. Layouts are challenging but not crazy. Greens are in great shape and pretty challenging. Views are amazing all around both course. Price is on the highe…

My traveling group plays Red Sky Ranch every Labor Day weekend and everything about it is 5-star. We do the Stay And Play deal with Beaver Creek lodging because the service there is excellent and our condos are 20 minutes from the course. Everything about Red Sky is excellent. Great conditions, terrific service and pace of play. Two of our three rounds this weekend were 4 hours. The third was slow at 4:30 but whatever. Beautiful club, great service, we'll keep coming back.

Beautiful views but banal golf - ideal for the 4-6x/year golfer

The two people who gave this one star have no idea what a good golf course is. He didn't enjoy the course, and rates it poor, because he was incapable of playing it and couldn't have fun. He also said the greens we in bad condition, but then said they rolled true and fast. I played on the same day 2 years later. In early September, there are rainstorms that make the low spots soft/mushy. I also was a golf pro in Florida for many years and played/caddied on tour. This course is AMAZING and one of the best maintained courses in Colorado. Any real golfer would understand that this is not a flat,…

A+ course - playability was good, greens were in great condition, fast and true rolls, awesome views/backdrop on every hole, great staff. Looking forward to coming back. Had a poor experience earlier this summer, but the new pro made it right. They are lucky to have him.
