What People Say

In summary

Priest Lake Golf Club is widely praised for its beautiful and challenging course, particularly the scenic and demanding back nine, which offers a memorable golfing experience. Visitors appreciate the well-maintained fairways and greens, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. However, some guests have noted limited food service hours and advise caution for less experienced players due to the course's difficulty.

Very challenging course but completely playable. Greens were great shape and the back 9 has some of the funnest holes around. Play it from the tips for the full experience.

Played the 1st week of July in the early afternoon and caddied for my son. Fairways and greens were in great shape with slower paced greens. The back 9 is exceptional in beauty and layout. Many holes require a planned out shot. I enjoyed walking it with my son and would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful course, with a great history. Front 9 are nice with a challenge even for more advanced players. The back 9 were just hard, and be prepared to lose some balls in the brush. Overall a great challenge and good time!

Challenging (be prepared to lose a few balls!) but absolutely beautiful course, especially the back nine. I had the opportunity to take a few lessons this summer from their golf pro, Eric Huzarski. I have dabbled at golf over the last 8 years or so and taken lessens twice before. Eric was definitely the best!

Picturesque and natural back nine. Front 9 feels more course-ey. Love this course! The bldg remodel last winter is great! Even if you only play it a few times a year, you won't forget this beautiful golf course!

Beautiful course, especially in the back nine. The bar tender in the club is delightful; extremely charasmatic and guaranteed to make you laugh.

My wife and I recently made a trip to Hill's Resort at Priest Lake. We haven't been to Hill's in 35 yrs. Needed to bring back those great memories. Hill's did not disappoint, it was better than we remembered. First, the resort is fantastic great food, terrific service and very reasonable prices. Second, the golf course was a nine hole course when we last played there. Well, it's now a great 18 hole golf course. The back nine is a serious challenge and beautiful. The service at the golf course is just like the resort second to none. Any questions at all call the Pro Shop they will bend over bac…

A bit out if the way, about 22 miles north of Rt 2 but worth the trip. In excellent condition, if you are smart about the tee's you chose you should have a good time. If you overestimate your ability to carry hazards then maybe not so much! Reasonable prices. We did not try the food so no comment on that.

Fun 18 hole golf course located at Priest Lake. It was originally a 9 hole golf course, and was expanded to 18 about 20 years ago. Owned by Hills resort. The front 9 holes are pretty easy to score on, and the back is more challenging. The front is the original 9 and the back is the expansion and cuts through wetlands (several carry shots off the tee). Not a long course at about 6200 yards from the tips, but especially the back 9 holes brings in a lot of tougher shots and placement/positioning of your tee shots and second shots. It plays for 1 dollar a hole after twilight (serious bargain) an…
