The 9-hole course, which offers multiple tee options for a varied experience, is generally well-received, though some players mention issues with course conditions like red clay in fairways and recent sanding of greens. Absolutely loved this course. We called around 3:00 pm, and the guy at the desk was kind enough to let us squeeze in a quick nine holes before dusk, such a nice gesture. The staff was incredibly friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and it was a great place to play. Prices were very reasonable too. Highly recommend.

Has 2 "color" tees, orange and blue. Only 9 holes, guess you play twice to play 18... Not sure. Only played 9 with my kids today. Course in ok condition, some red clay in fairways. Had a good time, not sure if will be back again. Also this place has a pool, restaurant and 9 hole par 3 (walking only).

Good 9-hole course. Fairly easy to play. Better maintenance since ~2024 when it was bought out and renovated. The new clubhouse is beautiful and the food is pretty good!

My son and I recently had the opportunity to play the Pickens Golf club course it was great and the new Club house looks amaizing. After playing 9 holes we stopped in at the new restaurant, and im glad we did the food and staff were excellent. Currently the course is going through some major renovations, and I must say, the potential is impressive! The layout promises a challenging yet enjoyable Par 3 experience for players of all skill levels, with beautifully undulating terrain with the natural topography creates stunning vistas throughout the course. Although it's still a work in progress,…

Just played the course for the first time. The course was in great condition especially the majority of tee boxes which I don't often get to experience. The only downfall was that greens were recently sanded but that's just part of game. Very nice cart paths and great staff member in the proshop. Will definitely be back again.

what a fun little course. great track for a fun relaxed 18 (9) holes. grass range. the smaller greens + elevation into the side of the mountain make it challenging as well. bunkers very soft sand were in great condition as well as the greens just were a little slow. staff were very friendly and funny. Give it a go!

They charged me a riders fee for my 5 year old son. I've played all over the southeast with my son and never been asked to pay a "riders fee" before. The guy in the pro shop was rude and unprofessional and honestly gave me a negative opinion of the place. They are going to have a hard time keeping a good word of mouth about the course if they don't learn how to have some hospitality. I did meet a ranger out on the course with a long beard that was a very nice guy. The dweeb in the pro shop needs to go though.
