I played in a scramble and the course was well maintained and challenging. I beleive it's private by not really sure. Staff was amazing.

Donald Ross golf course. 6400 yards from the blue tees. Got an old school feel. Course has a stream running through 2 holes on the back nine and a pond off the tee on hole 5, otherwise it's got mature trees lining both sides of the fairway with a few bunkers for protection. Enjoyed the course very much, the only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because there are no pictures of the hole... not on the scorecard, no yardage book, and nothing on the tee. No way to know what's in front of you without using 18 birdies or the USGA app gps.

My wife and I joined in March of this year and it has been a great decision. The course is challenging and well maintained. The members and staff have been welcoming, and the pool is great. We could not ask for anything more.

Normally a 5 Star facility. Greens were perfect however, there were numerous "dead" spots all over the fairways due to above average rain mixed with extreme heat. Won't be long til it recovers and earns the 5 Star from me again.

Fun course to play with friends at our mini reunion for Englewood Old Farts!! The staff were friendly and helpful in making our day very special.

One of the only outdoor pools left in Dayton. Let's keep it up and running, please

Am giving it five stars because of the beautiful greens. The business does help the area in which it sets. Nice clubhouse if you're not an employee. Notorious to work for.

Me and my family have had the membership for 2 years and have loved every second of it. Course was very nice. The pool is a great spot for family. The staff was nice and gentle with my clubs. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We held a scramble fundraiser at MVGC and have done so for several years. The staff is always great and the players all say great things about playing there. In the summer, the pool is a great place for the family too.

Absolute Dumpster Fire of a Golf Course What the actual hell did I just play? This place is a complete joke. The fairways looked like someone took a weed whacker to a parking lot. I’ve seen better grass on a highway median. And don’t even get me started on the greens—bumpy, slow, and patchier than my uncle’s back hair. Putting felt like trying to roll a ball over a gravel driveway. The staff? Rude as hell. I showed up with a tee time and they acted like I was interrupting their nap. The starter grunted at me like I owed him money. The dude behind the pro shop counter looked like he hated lif…

The lady that answers the phone first picked up the phone and hung up without saying a word. I figured this was a mistake, so I called back and she simply answered “Hello?” very annoyed I was calling again. She was impatient, rude and hung up on me before I could ask how I can potentially become a member at the course, etc. Very disappointing.

Best community, beautiful course and clubhouse & easy to get out to play as a member.
