Two things: Quality of service, and quality of the food. The service, frankly, was not very good. I was there with a wedding party, and despite the mother of the groom having repeatedly telling them which room she wanted to reserve, they still put us in a different room initially. Eventually they put us in the room she reserved...but nothing was ready. Then, everything from drinks to the actual entrees took forever. Drinks were 30 minutes, appetizers an hour...and another hour for the entrees. And some of the orders were wrong when they were brought out. Now for the good part, which is the…

Favorite course in the area by a landslide, and $25 on Monday's you can't beat it. Great staff and great grounds keepers.

I was very disappointed in a female worker stating "I'm too busy! You will have to wait" when asked if she would take a pic for us (We had an office party). She never did come back. The food is great! Great portion. Cooked perfectly. Came out hot. The potato bacon skins and chicken tenders are a must try.

Best food I have ever tasted. Would eat the steak for every meal of the day no joke. It's also a golf resort. Food+activity!!! The waiters are the nicest that I've ever experienced. Overall it's a pretty unpopular place, so everyone knows each other there! Join the club!

Food was fabulous!! However the 3 stars is due to the filthy condition of the dining area in the bar!! No one vacuumed the night before..napkins, straw papers, and Onion straws all over the floor. I only hope the kitchen is cleaner than this.

Two main dining areas. Rich paneling and trim. Oitsidseating and dining available. This venue can accomodate casual to formal. There is a pool. Staff is well prepared. Huge bar with selection for a variety of tastes. This is a well maintained facility with a full restaurant that is capable of serving many varied dishes. Oh, the excellent golf course is also open to the public. This first class club was originally a private club. It still looks like that.

Course was in great shape, even with the 25 minute downpour on the first hole. Could not believe the elevation and rolling fairways this far north in indiana. Definitely a hidden gem and we will be back. Clubhouse could use some updating but overall very nice for 100 + years old.

Well it is still listed as Gunners but he no longer cooks there. My daughter and I had Prime Rib and it had no flavor, the sauce taste like water. The salad was very basic but okay. The bread we could have broke a tooth on it., cut the crust off to even try to eat it, even with butter it had no flavor. My onion string was very limp, like they was undercooked, no flavor and most of them was very small pieces instead of strings as described. My Daughters FF was good but could have got them at McDonalds. My husband had salmon which had a very fishy taste, like it was not fresh salmon. It was supp…

Course in ok shape. Greens extremely quick but receptive. No clubhouse to speak of. Beer, pop and snacks but no food. Restaurant still not open. Price ok at $40. Probably better options in the area.

Great challenge! course has tons of hills and valleys. Greens were small, only thing Is the par 3s are to long not set up for the average golfer but course is as good as I have ever seen it. Live the course.

Every time I have been here I have had a great time. Good drinks, food and service. Plus, I like to eat at golf course restaurants, the view is great.
