Visited here from Miami with my family for the first time. Ended up spending the entire day here. Played 18 holes, the greens were well maintained. We dined inside the club house for a family meal. Order the pistachio crusted salmon, you will not be disappointed. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return and worth the drive.

This is a nice place for a small gathering. A great venue for a kids birthday party. Near the bar but not at the bar. The food was good, not great but very good. Usually French Fries at this type of buffet are horrible. Not the case here. The kids and adults ripped through them. The kids had a great time, and at the end of the day that's all that really mattered. All the employees at MDCC that had anything to do with the event were top notch, and super friendly. I would recommend all of them for an event.

I would never play here again or recommend to anyone. This course had some of the worst course conditions I’ve played in a very long time. Tee boxes were the same cut as the dirt/sand/grass around them and the fairways were so patchy you had to move your ball every time to find a patch of grass that isn’t crab grass or straight sand. Ranger came by, drove straight across the ladies tee, stopped and asked why I hit from a further tee back since “the ladies tees are up here”. Very disappointed and I cannot believe the greens fees are $85 for this place.

This is a nice layout and the greens are in decent shape. Starter and bag drop folks were friendly. But at the end of the round when I asked the pro shop guy for a scorecard and pencil he told me to see "one of the guys outside". I tried to do so but could not find anyone at 1PM. Most of the tee boxes are largely populated by weeds and dirt. The fairways lack grass in a lot of places. Not worth the $80 greens fee. We played on a Friday that had perfect weather and there was almost nobody else on the course. Today's tee sheet (Saturday) shows that almost all tee times are still available despit…

We had a fantastic Friday night at Martin Downs! Dinner and karaoke made for such a fun and memorable evening. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night or a get-together with friends and family. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. We’ll definitely be back and next time, we’re bringing more friends with us!

This course has the potential to be amazing but due to its poor up keep its terrible. The tee boxes, fairways, and greens are it poor shape. It’s very sad because it has a great layout. The game took so long to play because I spent most of my time trying to find my ball in the over grown fair way or the foot tall weeds surrounding the green. The club house was absolutely gorgeous. They should apply the that same detail and upkeep to the course.

Each time I play here, I'm reminded of why I love the game. The course is always immaculately kept, offering a fair and enjoyable challenge. But honestly, it's the friendly faces that make the biggest difference. The staff here has that special knack for making you feel right at home. It's just a genuinely pleasant and welcoming place to spend a day on the course. My go-to spot!

Our golf experience was disgustingly. The course was a disaster with no grass on most of the holes and tee boxes. And what grass (?) there was were actually weeds. They owner should stop spending money on remodeling the clubhouse, adding patio furniture to driving area, opening a snack bar next to the driving area that was closed and instead spend that money on the golf course. There’s an old joke that says “you can put lipstick on a pig but its still a pig”

Good layout, friendly staff but the fairways are dry and hard. The greens are fast but very hard. Never had to fix a ballpark even on high shots. First time in years that has happened. The sand is good and as stated earlier good layout. Net there are better courses in the area at solar prices. Water the fairways and work the greens so they are fast but softer this could be an excellent course.

We enjoyed our first round ever in Florida having traveled from Las Vegas for tournament play. To be greeted personally by the course owner and his wife was a special moment that I won’t forget. I saw that a great deal of effort is being applied toward bringing the course up to par - friendly, knowledgeable staff to help you navigate, tee options to accommodate all skill levels and visible effort being applied to improve course conditions. Everyone is hands-on and thoroughly invested in customer service. We’ll be back to enjoy this diamond in the rough!

This course is laid out well, but that’s about it. Fairways are full of weeds , greens not bad , tee boxes horrible. There is more sand and weeds in fairway than grass. And to pay $95 for a round here is insane. We will never come back and make sure we tell everyone there are much better choices for around for that money. The greens on the back was covered with sand. I understand needing the sand but tell the golfers before they get surprised with it.

AMAZING Course right here. Worth every penny. Brand new carts….Friendly staff… Course was in amazing condition. One of the best rolled greens we’ve played on this year. Recommend this to anyone. The layout is fun. Concrete cart paths are just a bonus.
