In summary

Legacy Golf Links is appreciated for its well-maintained greens, friendly staff, and convenient location, offering a good value for those looking to practice their short game on a par 3 executive course. The driving range is noted for its nice setup, although some find the pricing high and the early closing hours inconvenient, especially given the availability of lights. While many enjoy the course layout and amenities, there are occasional concerns about slow play and course maintenance, such as the need for cart path repairs and better management of tee times.

Overall this was a decent course for the price. Paid ~$37 on a Saturday to get out and practice my iron game. Par 54 with 4 par 4s pretty consecutive and the rest par 3s. Greens were in decent shape recovering from aerating but played well. Also has a nice driving range although a bit pricey compared to other places I have been. ($10 for 35 balls / $15 for 70 / $20 for 100)

The Legacy Golf Links is spectacular. It was my first time visiting but I was really impressed and satisfied. Additionally, super convenient distance after leaving the base to go play with some lads. Watch out for the sun! Bring a hat, clubs, or get a rental. Practice safety and go show the range what you got!

I played here last week on business. Club was clean, with a polite staff. the course was fun to play, only reason it gets 3 stars is there is no ranger, and the course backed up to where 4-5 groups would be waiting to play each hole. 3 hours to play 9 holes is not acceptable. i ended up leaving. they need to fix this. its the same at there other course fox creek.

It's inexpensive, but the course is in pretty rough shape. The greens and fringes are great, however the two boxes could use a lot of work . Anything off the Fairway there seems to be a lot of leaves pine cones and sticks. When we were there someone brought their dog to work and there was a lot of barking coming from the maintenance Shack.

Fantastic value for the money if you're looking for a quick par 3 executive course in north Atlanta. Front and back 9 are almost 2 different courses how they play! Fantastic staff, starters, everything! Will definitely be back soon

Took my husband for Father’s Day. Great course to work on short game. Well laid out and friendly staff. He says he’ll definitely go back. They were aerating the greens so everything was extra sandy.

Went for the Legacy driving range and practice area. No complaints. Range balls were average/good price compared to a lot of Atlanta options. There are a few chipping greens right in front of the range and a putting green over by hole 1. Great place to practice for a couple hours on the weekday. The ball return system is pneumatic and it makes a notable motor and clank sound for a few minutes at a time, and there's actually a rise on the driving range so it makes it hard to see the base of your target sometimes, which is odd to me, like every shot is at an elevated green you can't quite see, b…

Our go to for a fun day of golf. I’m better with my irons than my driver, so being able to par shorter holes here gives me the confidence to keep coming back. And bringing my family! Love it here and at Fox Creek!

LEGACY HAS OBTAINED MORE CARTS, AND STAFF Legacy has sharpened its game by finally getting more carts, and apparently more staff. I'm so glad because as you can see from my prior review, it's one of my favorite courses...it's good to be back. ____________________________________ This is a great little course. It's not all par threes and you get to use your driver on four of the holes on the back 9. The management company was very responsive to an issue I brought to their attention about the lack of stairs in order to reach the tee boxes on 12 & 13. (Had to scale a steep slope of mud and rock…

Great little golf course to practice your short game. Sister course, Fox Creek, is good for the same, but slightly longer. Greens need some help and care. Fairways are decent. The wife and I play weekly. Some of the distances are a little bit off, so you are on your own there. Overall, nice and forgiving place.

The range has a nice set up but their service in 2025 has been terrible so far. Not sure if they are under new management, but who ever is managing the place needs to take a business class, especially one focusing on SWOT analysis. They sell the last bucket of range balls an hour before sunset (that was 5:05pm today), but stay open till 7:00 pm. So from 5:06 to 7:00 pm they are turning down customers (about 7 customers today at 5:15 pm). Selling the last bucket an hour before sunset makes sense if your range has no lights. However, this range’s STRENGTH is having lights, so whatever time the…
