Here’s the thing about Fox Creek. You’re playing a par three course. You can only expect so much from that. The greens are some of the best greens, I’ve played in the state. They break. The course can be a little pricey for the amount of Part threes, However, if you want to focus on your short game, this is a good place.

Great course and fairly priced. Well-maintained, friendly staff, greens are in great condition for a public course. It’s a fun course to play, especially if you want to play a quick round. Good hole layout with some challenging features.

I am a regular at this course. They know me by name. The driving range is fun. See if you can hit the busses or better yet, over them. Pro shop is great with reasonable prices. The course is fun, challenging, and usually in great condition. The only thing even close to a complaint would be mow the rough areas a little more frequently.

Getting pretty tired of this place as if I go here to practice Monday- Thursday just randomly they will have mats only, or their range will be closed on a perfect beautiful day. This one random Tuesday at 1100 i went and their range was closed! They advertise a " large chipping and putting green" which was very nice to use, as it is very well kept and simulates a real green but they recently put a "no chipping" sign out. So instead of using a nice green to practice chipping we are now forced to use a chipping "green" that is one: not a real green; two: not a well kept patch of grass; and three…

I’ve been playing legacy and Fox-creek over the last 30 years. The last few years I’ve been playing barefoot, because of my Neuropathy in my feet and legs, helps me get grounded. The old starter Mike who has seen me play barefoot at-least 3 times in the past month, said I couldn’t play barefoot. The employees at both courses couldn’t believe this. Manager Mike said I should just take my shoes off after 2nd hole. Who is the manager? So I basically waisted 1 hour hitting balls, and being delayed 30 minutes. And Mike didn’t want to resolve this problem except have a word with the other Mike. Need…

Alejandro was extremely rude at the starters box. We came to fox creek looking for a casual round so i could show a new golfer how to play and he treated us like this was august national. I have worked in premier golf courses up and down the grand strand for over 15 years and have never met someone so condescending to a new player. We will likely not be back to fox creek and after my partners experience with Alejandro she may never golf again… Very disappointing for someone who has never played before to experience this at their first visit.

I played here last week on business after playing the legacy course. Club was clean, with a polite staff. the course was fun to play, lots of elevation and controlled shots. only reason it gets 3 stars is there is no ranger, and the course backed up to where it took 3 hours to play 9 holes is again not acceptable. i ended up leaving after the 10th hole. i really hope after talking to the office, they clean this up. its not hard to space out players and ask them to skip a hole for slow play. please fix it! i would love to come back, but i cant sit around for 5-6 hours for 18 holes. .

This is not a learner friendly course. Much less a friendly course. When we got our golf cart Alejandro was unnecessarily aggressive with my fiance over us wanting to be respectful of others time. We brought our son and I am a beginner we politely requested we start early by a holes time (the time slot was open) and we were denied in the most rude and reproachable manner with a raised voice. We won’t be coming back.

The course ranger and starter were very helpful today. They let me play as a single because the threesome I was paired with was being difficult about playing with a random. The group behind them was also grumpy about a random joining them so they let me play through on my own and helped keep pace of play as much as they could. Overall the course is in good shape for the price.

A very nice public course that is well maintained with friendly staff. I took my team out for a fun round in the middle of the week and everyone enjoyed the course.

You should manage your expectations when you visit the course. I only played 9 holes, so not sure how the back 9 hole is but I would consider this course has no green. The grass and tee box also needs some care; however, the cost is unbelievable and a great place to practice short game.

Scheduled a round a week ago and played 1 hole before getting rained out. Went to the clubhouse and was told we would be given a rain check then we went to the scheduled rain check and they said they could not fit us in in our slotted time and was not given a refund for cart and green fee. Overall bad customer experience but have to say nice course for the one hole I played
