I played the back 9 today and it was great. It's nice to have a course like this close by. I recommend checking out Lakeside if you're in the Bountiful area.

This has happened twice now in the past 3 weeks. Very frustrating to receive an email hours before your tee time that the course due to rain in previous days is walking only. Doesn’t give me or my group anytime to make different golf plans for that day. Getting a weekend tee time in Utah typically has to be done 7 days in advance. Never heard of a course in Utah shutting down carts due too much moisture in the soil. I understand a course can do whatever they want, but come on there has to be a better way!!

Great golf course! Not too difficult, some water hazards throughout the whole course, Lots of trees lining the holes, open fairways but they are pretty narrow. Very walkable if that’s desired. Pace of play was okay for a Sunday. They have practice greens and a range. Solid course. 👍

I really enjoyed playing the best round of my life here. I’ve never played at 4200 feet before. I had to club down on every hole. The course is well maintained. The greens are small, making them a challenge.

Well maintained nice muni course at a fair price. It’s close to downtown SLC for people visiting like I was. I tee off at 145p and played 18 holes by 5p. Quick round for Monday afternoon. Grass driving range and nice putting/chipping area

Had a decent experience at Lakeside Golf Course. I used the Wasatch savings book to golf 18 holes with a cart for $14. Hard to beat that! I was also able to walk in and get on as a single right away. The course was super backed up on the front 9 due to a few groups of old folks walking and putting up 10 strokes per hole. This is a pretty entry level golf course with wide fairways and not a lot of hazards. I saw a lot of retired folks and young kids, so be prepared to see slow play and un-repaired ball marks on greens. Also, the greens are lightning fast.

Very nice course. Greens are excellent as well as the fairways. The price is what got me, and the quality is what blew me away.

Moved to the area a year ago and this has now become my home course. The driving range is usually in great shape and so is the course. More beer options would be cool.

Had a great day. Got my first hole in one on #8. Able to see the shot hit the green and roll in the hole. When we hit the back 9 had the course to ourselves.

Round was great!! The person in the pro shop was awesome. Knowing it was Labor Day expected to be busy. Play was slow with the group in front of us. All and all a great experience as always. Course was top notch. I play golf Saturday and Sunday every week. This course is one of the best in northern Utah. Can’t wait to play again!!

We had a great day at Lakeside today! 45 degrees is not too cold for golf. The sun was mostly shining and there was no wind. I booked two tee times and got 8 guys together for an enjoyable day!
