In summary

Bountiful Ridge Golf Course is highly praised for its stunning mountain setting, well-maintained greens, and challenging layout that offers dramatic elevation changes and beautiful views of the Salt Lake Valley. The staff is frequently noted for their friendliness and accommodating nature, enhancing the overall experience. However, some visitors mention the lack of a driving range, outdated golf carts, and occasional slow pace of play as areas for improvement.

This is a really cool course. It's pre-pay 4 days out which is nice if you didn't book a course in advance. Beautiful in the Fall! Make sure you always assume the ball is going to roll toward the valley, greens can be very deceptive. Carts are a little outdated and it doesn't have a driving range. Other than that, the course was amazing and conditions were good outside of some slanted tee boxes. Would recommend!

Great course. The greens are well taken care of. Our cart was way underpowered but I can overlook that. Highly recommend you golf this course.

Challenging course. Ungulates up and down the side of the mountain. Number 8 is a beautiful dogleg left with boulders and a stream, can be tricky. 71m/72w. Great views of northern Salt Lake/Davis valley out across the Great Salt Lake. Pace of play is a hit or miss. Tee times 4 days in advance. No yardage markers on the carts but discs in the fairway and boulders for the 150. Bathrooms well located on both the front and back. Probably see a few squirrels, bunnies, and deer. Warning: do not speed coming or going, highly patroled suburban street.

Fantastic and challenging course! Beautiful scenery and a lot of wildlife on the course. Beautifully kept greens that tend to roll fast. This course is a must try if you're in the area.

My husband and I go here all the time. We love this course! The back 9 is definitely my favorite. There’s always deer running around, and the views are amazing. This will definitely be one of your favorite courses. A lot of people say that they won’t give you a rain check, but they do! We’ve done it many times and have never had an issue.

The perfect balance of fun and challenging. Lots of blind shots, elevation changes, and awesome views. Course was in great condition. Greens are very fast. Golf carts are required, but ours was barely able to make it up some of the hills... I'm not that fat.

Bountiful Ridge is all about the views—you’re up high looking down on the whole valley with the lake in the distance. The elevation changes are dramatic but the fairways are wide enough that it’s more fun than frustrating. Lots of deer wandering through in the evenings. Greens are smooth and have some slope but nothing crazy. The back nine drops and climbs in a way that makes every hole memorable. Staff is friendly and the pace is almost always perfect. Feels like a private course experience without any attitude. My favorite course north of the city.

Great course. NO DRIVING RANGE, and only a small putting green. Otherwise, tge 18-holes are fun and challenging.

Cannot express enough how please we were with our experience here! Every single person we encountered working for the course was friendly, kind, and made our trip. We were late flying in from DFW and therefore late for our round by about half an hour. Had a friend call the course for us while we were in flight to see if they’d still let us play as I know they were packed all day. Mike in the clubhouse could not have been nicer and more accommodating. He let us store our luggage in his office, had our rentals ready for us, and led us to the hole our other pair were already on so we only missed…

Played 18 the early morning of 20 September 2021, my 129th different course in 2-1/2 years, and this one now resides in my top 10. Wow...what a gorgeous golf course! Very well manicured and beautifully designed. The views are truly spectacular; loved seeing the turkeys on the 11th tee and deer on the 4th. Very playable with just enough trees and doglegs to make it challenging as well. Scott, the Assistant Pro was very personable and accomodating. I'll be back!
