Lake Maloney Golf Course

Okay, I will start by saying it is a decent course for $50. Decent links style layout. That said, the maintenance of the course is absolutely horrendous. The majority of the tee boxes were in 2” grass. The fairways are nice I will say. The rough however is absolutely ridiculous. I’m all for difficult conditions and thick rough, but it was so inconsistent. One hole i’d be in 5”-7” rough, three holes later i’d be in 2” rough (both examples are the rough lining the fairways).There are at least 3-4 blind 2nd shots (or 3rd in the par 5’s), I lost 3 balls on balls I couldn’t find that should have be…

Absolutely garbage course. The old guy is the clubhouse was a complete jerk. Also not letting you drive in the rough is the dumbest rule ever. Absolutely ruins pace of play. Will never be back.

What an amazingly course. Greens, fairways, roughs… all really well kept. Plus a good amount of difficulty to keep the day fun. Staff was really friendly and helpful which made for an all around great afternoon! Can’t wait to play again!

Great l, fun course and well maintained. Drinking water somewhere on the course would be helpful when there’s no bev cart running, especially on hot days. Check-in pro could be one step more helpful for first timers. Would give a 4.5 overall.

First time playing this course and the group I was with so we had a great time. Loved the course layout, the greens were challenging at certain holes and the fairways were in awesome shape. Would definitely recommend to play a round.

Nice golf course and club house. The course has some hills and blind shots, with native grass also coming into play throughout the course. Some playable areas of the course and fairways need repaired/overseeded.

Lake Maloney Golf course is an amazing facility. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The course is in great shape and a beautiful place to play. I can't wait to go back!

Had a great time , course in good shape and Derek is customer service oriented and welcoming as is his great staff. All in all it was a great time spent golfing and socializing… Look forward to more golfing there and Wednesday morning golf league….

Great course! Many different tees to choose from and very challenging. Staff is friendly and helpful. Course is in great shape! If you're traveling to North Platte it's a must play!

What a great surprise right here in North Platte. The course was in tremendous shape and had many interesting holes. We plan on coming back the next time through the area.
